This was my first time buying this! And for me personally I found the taste awful, like I ha e just found sea weed in the ocean and I'm eating it! That's how it tasted off (for me!). I have tried some on a tea spoon and in my tea, and still yuk. I think I will put it in a smoothie to kill the taste! I do want to get in the habit of taking this everyday because of the fantastic benefits!

I eat this sea moss straight from the jar. I really love the positive effects it has on my skin. Although the texture of this one is different from the previous ones I got. This one is thicker & lumpy in a not so nice way. I’ll love to know if the textures is a normal thing to expect due to processing. Thanks.

I’m a big fan of sea moss. I add two spoons to my morning smoothies or just take two spoons on their own. I’ve seen a big change in my energy levels & skin 👍 I’ve ordered from different companies before and Sea Moss Green is the best I’ve come across in terms of quality and it being 100% natural. Other companies add sweeteners however this is 100% sea moss with no other ingredient. I highly recommend investing in sea moss. I will be ordering again. This is my 4th jar. Having tried a few different sea moss gels I was quite impressed with this one when it arrived as it seemed more real and natural until a week later I opened the jar and decided to have a smell and it smelt like gone off milk , unsure why this was as hadn’t had it more than a week , going to re order just incase that was just one of a bad batch and see how I go if the same thing occurs won’t be ordering again.

I'm really not one to believe the hype until I see results for myself, a few girls I train with recommend sea moss I tried a different brand before which was very expensive and now on this one, both seem to be giving me the same outcome. The prospective I'm a 36 year old mum of a nearly 2year old who doesn't sleep the night since he was born, I have a job three days a week which is quite stressful at times dude to deadlines being mum also being wife being cleaner/cook ect ... Along with this I train heavyweight strength 3 times a week (6am ers) spin once a week and run once a week... (Mental right) I was previously extremely exhausted I also had had issues with my iron levels over the last 6months, after taking sea moss going into week six I've seen a huge change in my energy however I've upped my protein intake, basically there have been other changes to my day to day regarding food intake and vitamin intake Inc a vegan protein powder with some digestive benefits, I suffer IBS which also seems to be better, I have barrets oesophagus caused by reflex which is also a lot better/no really been an issue and also seem to be not bloating up as much after meals however I've cut gluten out my diet. Round up - I am not sure if it's the seamoss or the seamoss and my other changes but I like how things are so I will carry on with it. Hopefully this essay will be helpful to someone

I bought two jars of this stuff and both had a horrible chemical smell to them akin to TCP. This is the second time I bought this product. The first time I purchased this, I started with one jar to see if I would like it. The first jar was fine, just a neutral kind of flavour to it. I was enjoying it in my smoothies so when I ran out I bought two jars the second time to get them at a cheaper unit price. It must have been a bad batch that I received but given this is only my second purchase, I don't think I'll take my chances buying it again. Such a waste of money.
