Is this product made in the USA?

The BAXYL label states that it is a prodecuts of Cogent Solutions LLC of Lexington, Kentucky. That does not specifically answer your question, so I suggest you contact Cogent Solutions. Although Baxyl is the Hyaluronic product I have used for years, NOW is another Brand of Hyaluronic formula that includes other ingredients. I know people that use NOW because it is slightly favored and less expensive, and are pleased with NOW, but I cannot testify to its efficacy.

Can I mix it wth something to mask the taste?

I wouldn't - it really doesn't taste that bad. It really was working for me for 2 months - now - not so much :-(

How far out is the expiration date?

The ones I just purchased last week expire 6/2017
