This cup is amazing!
This cup holds ice for at least 12-15 hours. I can fill it at the crack of dawn with ice and by the time I'm getting off in the wee hours of the night I still have ice left in my cup. I love hold cold my water stays as well. I have not put hot liquids in the cup yet so I can only rave about the cold features. Might buy another one in the future.

Rtic does great products.
The only reason I can't do 5 stars is the size change. Rtic decided to change their design. This makes these 30os tumblers a pain in the rear to get accessories or replacement lids for. There's now two sizes of lids amd handles and carriers to deal with. But dang, these things will keep your drink cold not only overnight, but well into the next day. Maybe a tad less effective for hot drinks since evaporation through the opening speeds that up a little, but you're still going to have a few hours where it's at least warm.

A great cup!
I have always used Yeti cups but after my last one disappeared I began shopping for another to replace it. I quickly found that IMO Yeti has priced themselves out of my life. The reviews on this cup were wonderful so I decided to give it a try. I'm very pleased that I did. It is keeping ice frozen for over 24hrs! The lid stays firmly on but I'm (63f with arthritis in hands) able to remove it without a hassle. I love it!

Not as good as the older models
First of all, it doesn't come with a handle. So, you have to order one. I couldn't find any on Amazon for this size. Tried to buy from Rtic and they were sold out. Secondly, the lid sucks. It doesn't want to go on properly and therefore leaks if you tip the cup. Other than that, the cup works. It keeps your drink cold and it's pretty. I wouldn't buy again though. I've had 2 older models of Rtic cups and a Beast. They were all better than this one.
