It is very stiff at the back and quite a bit uncomfortable but it heats up and is a good size.

Not Enough Support
Unfortunately this does not help with neck injury because you can still easily bend your neck down which is the last movement you want to do, it does restrict head up movement which is fine, so I canโt recommend this neck support.
