A: No, the Morton Kosher contains the YPS anti-caking agent, but Diamond Crystal Kosher does not contain any additives or caking agents.

A: The salt in not large enough for a grinder. They are fine flakes. I like this salt because it's less salty tasting.

**Q: This is what i was given for a 'date.'  0020732631 1acz can anyone interpret it for me?**
A: this salt is at least 10 million years old. so it might be expired.. lol date on salt.. really.. hahahha
