Unreliable Printer & what it can do is pointless
Had this printer for a few months and there's a consistent problem with it. It's unable to print any models with convex curves in it.The print gets to a particular stage and then fails with this weird bar effect that just goes back and forth dumping filament. It certainly can't be left unattended as it smashes itself to bits when this sort of thing happens. The picture shows how it smashed the bed off the XY gantry plane. All the 3 knobs wound their way off it.The models work at 70% of their intended size but not 100%. You can even create a bigger model and scale it down with Cura or FlashPrint so that the resulting 70% is 100% of what you need in the model and it will fail. It has no tolerance. You can add rafts, brims or skirts, change just the height, the infills etc, use GX instead of GCode files and none of it makes any difference. The same model can be sliced and printed successfully on other printers without any issue at all. With it being in the same price bracket of the Bamboo Labs X1 Carbon, it's very expensive and there are more reliable printers out there. Definitely avoid this printer.

STAY AWAY PLEASE
I had this for less then 3 weeks I reached out to get help because the extruder failed badly. When reaching out to the seller out of China it wasn't too hard. The hard part was trying to get support from them Goodluck. After a long battle of going back and forth for over a week nothing was resolved they kept saying that all their business was closed do to their spring festival. Even amazon a to z got involved and they could see I was getting the run around. After enough time I returned this after finding out all your parts must come from Flashforge and at a premium price. 216 for the entire extruder kit and 79.00 for extruder ends that take over a week to get. I was so overwhelmed with their lack of support that in review this is not the first time this has happened. I would highly recommend not to get this printer but get one qith many positive reviews which I did. And someone willing to back up their product. China even asked I ship it back and they would compensate 2 rolls of filament I have 30 at home I'm good. To have a 1300 printer sitting and not working is useless. Again do your research there is many competitors and most out of China but some actually know how to provide customer service these guys absolutely don't... This printer also way upwards to 80 plus pounds I really didn't watch to be lugging it back out on my own but I sure did. Also had to argue to get my money back they wanted to hold on my money for another 2 weeks after receiving it. Thats all hope this explains enough and hope amazon removes themselves from this company for their reputation.
