Not the best Shilajit I bought
I have used several bands of Shilajit, and this one is not as good as the others. It has very unusal acidify taste. I dont like it at all. Not recommended.

This stuff definitely worked for me! I mix it with a small glass of warm milk every morning. I saw results within a few days. After 2 weeks+ my body feels stronger and my endurance/stamina is much higher! Highly recommend!!!!
