Oring was a bit small, had to stretch it some to stay in place but otherwise perfect fit, no more leaks. 2jz not losing oil anymore. 10/10

I was able to fix my leaking timing gear on my 2jz. Toyota wanted $400 for a new gear, but then you’d need to take the front end of the vehicle apart and re-time the engine. I was able to replace these parts without doing any of that. I’m really satisfied with the quality and functionality.

Quality rubber oring and seal for Toyota VVTI cam gears. Don’t even think about slipping replacing this if you’re doing a timing belt job. Fits perfect and made out of quality material that will probably outlast the car.

I’ve done this job many times before you have to stretch out the ring with your hands a little bit. It seems wrong, but it’s the only way.

I try to give products 5 stars but the o ring was small and I used hot water and excessive stretching, it didn’t break, I did end up getting it together but I was worried the o ring shrunk before assembly for like a week, it hasn’t leaked yet so I think I’m good but seems like a quality viton o ring, so far no leaks
