It is made by Browning International SA in Belguim, so I would suggest that you contact them for an answer. **Q: Can i spray on a patch and pull down my air rifle barrel** A: It’s not advisable to oil the inside of an air rifle barrel as you will get dieseling, we’re the oil burns but you can use it on the outside, I use it only to lubricate the t bolt on my browning 17 HMR. It really works well to protect the metalwork ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great, protective oil that keeps guns looking like new! *by M***G on 22 January 2025* I have used this product as a metal protective spray for over 10 years. I use my guns in all weathers and after a through cleaning and drying, I give them a very light coating of Legia over all the metalwork before storing back in the safes. It then provides a protective film over the guns and prevents any rust spots. I have over & under's, semi auto's and pump action guns (with both wood and synthetic stocks) and this oil has protected them all so that they still look like new after many 1000's of cartridges fired through them.
