RENPHO Smart Weight Scale with High Precision Sensors, Fitness, Elis 1

Brilliant scales, accurate, good battery life and great to see composition etc. accurate in terms of actual weight compared to other scales but no idea on composition haven’t compared to any others. Lightweight and easy to store/use. Easy to read display as well.

I’ve had these nearly a year now and they are very good. The app is easy to connect with them and has all the info I need. I’m a medical exercise specialist and I use these for myself and recommend them to my clients. I’d say they are pretty accurate when comparing them to the hospital scales and some others I have.

Arrived yday and looks great. Described as 'red' in info, but is as the pictures show - purple and pink. Comes with batteries. Easy set-up (even for me who has very little patience with apps and modern tech). Literally scan the Q code and the app downloads immediately. Have bluetooth 'on' in your phone settings and step right on the scales. Definitley sensitive to changes in weight (before and after going to the toilet for example ;) Easy to set preferred units of measurement and really easy and clear to see how your stats come up to the recommended healthy zones. You can then very simply set goals to achieve. I simply set myself a 30 day goal to reach the 'healthy' ranges for my height etc. So far seems really great value for money. I dont often write reviews but this appears worth it.

I have a love and a hate thing with these scales so far, I love that it tracks so much and connects to phone, looks nice, BUT it’s stating I’m 2lb heavier than my usual scales I had been using for a year but that’s my only down fall

Initially thought these were great. However after only a week they started not showing the correct weight. This was fixed with recalibration and removing then replacing the batteries again (as per the manufacturers instructions), however the problem was happening more often and now, despite following all the troubleshooting suggestions, they are not weighing accurately. I've only had them a month. The customer care was also really shocking. When you go to 'product support' it gives a number to call - I tried this but it said the team were too busy to accept calls. So I emailed and again followed the instructions and provided the information they requested: proof of purchase, photo of the scales with a weight on so they can see the displayed weight verses the specified weight placed on the scales and gave a written explanation of the problem. They replied saying that as I had purchased them through Amazon and not directly through them, there was nothing they could do. What a joke and a waste of time! What is the point of having a link to them, via amazon, if that's their stance! So have the hassle of having to return them now and will NOT be getting anything from the RENPHO brand again.

I tried RENPHO at my friend's place, it was amazing. The number is very accurate, it responses immediately after I stepped on. That's why I bought this one. Although it is an used one, it still stays the same as new, great value for money!

very impressed with this scales. looks good. nice display. accurate against my other scales. what is the big plus is the app. very easly to uses. records immediately and lots of information available to help track weight, muscle. bone density water etc. for the price well worth the money
