This is not gluten free, it is made with wheat and says so clearly in the ingredients. It should not be referenced in the gluten free section.It is good flour if you are not coeliac.

Use it quickly
The flour is great, with good protein %. However, I received this on 10/07/24. I was dismayed when I saw the expiration date is 11/19/24, just a little over a month! I don't bake every day and I usually only bake one loaf at a time. This was supposed to be my backup bag, in case I ran out of what is in my container, but I'm thinking I may have to use it before then. So, check that expiration date when you receive this.
