I am very happy wiht the product and support from the company. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I thought it was broken, turns out theres a hidden reset button *by D***L on March 10, 2026* I was using this radio for about a month and was happy with it. Sound is surprisingly decent with the built-in speaker. The interface is a bit clunky, and navigating to different stations can take a while if you haven't added them to the memory, but for what I need it worked well. Then suddenly, it stopped working completely. It was stuck on a time that didn't change, plugging it in had no effect, holding down buttons had no effect. I finally resorted to reading the manual, and sure enough there is a hidden reset button INSIDE the headphone jack. I attached a photo from the manual, as this isn't completely obvious from looking at the photo but it is actually inside the headphone jack. You can use a paperclip to get at it if you lost the tool it comes with.
