Excellent stuff, i have done my webwork checked out levels combo's of minerals and bcaa's through to creatine mixes this stacks up seriously good easy to mix good strong flavour but not sickly easy to consume on an empty stomach and has nice milkshake consistency. can easily be drank in the morning and pre workout and after the workout again great levels of bcaa and creataine as a stand alone this can save you money as it contains everything you need in one supplement and it really has shown results after consumption after a good workout. can only recommend this as it does exactly what it says. any questions drop me a message

Love these chocolate and strawberry and cookies are best flavours after a few days of having the shakes i know the difference in my self i feel so much better all round health wise energy strength concentration etc

Strength and energy really good from this all-in-one formula, find it quite filling too. Good quality ingredients. Intelligent brand. Love the huge big scoop!

Nice flavour but Doesn't mix properly.

Reflex use grass fed hormone free milk to produce the protein in this plus the creatine is the purest available in creapure, complex carbs oat & barley flour plus lots of other stuff to really give your workouts the power & energy you need..not taken this for a few years but within a day or two i definitely had more power & strength lifting weights. This is very sweet though.. maybe it’s the combination of sucralose, stevia & maltodextrin but really I’m mean even for me it’s too sweet, I’d omit the artificial sweetener personally you don’t need it. This supplement is to my mind comparing it with other all in one’s the best in terms of ingredients & results... REFLEX 👍

Taste is ok,mixes ok Value is good But it does not seem to be available

This product not only tastes great but it also includes all you need for a great gym work out. It's feeds you protein and complex carbohydrates which are time released over a couple of hours and has all the amino and vitamins as well natural testosterone boaster, creatinine and L-glutamine to stop you loosing muscle. I am not the biggest guy and struggle to put on muscle but this product works and is a great all in one.

Très content de ce complément qui contient des protéines sous plusieurs formes, whey, caséine micellaire, etc. Ainsi qu'une base glucidique sous forme de "farine" de céréales, et de la malto. La dose de 125g (environ) se dissout plutôt bien dans un gros shaker avec grille. Goût fraise sympa. J'ai ajouté une photo de la composition car elle manque dans le descriptif du produit et c'est dommage. J'en rachèterais

je prends ce produit après mes séances de musculation journalières les résultats apparaissent au bout d'une semaine de prise, pas d'effets secondaires je le recommande avec une préfèrence toutefois pour le gout banofee moins écoeurant
