Does the bottle of this product come with any type of seal either a plastic one around the top or a foil one over the exit hole?

Hello, there is a plastic cover around the top. In order for the product to open you have to tear it

Does it leave white marks?

I use it on my face and décolletage only. There is a slight white hue but to be honest I quite like it as it gives of a luminous feel to my skin. After application, I put a light foundation on it. I am happy with this product - I needed factor 50, and this doesn’t vlog my skin.
