I love my Samsung watch. Samsung 4 is the next to be retired by Samsung. I was extremely disappointed that I will receive no more updates some time next year. You should have informed me of this. I would have bought a later model.

I am very happy and satisfied with this watch and for multiple reasons. First of all it was a renewed item so I was prepared for it to potentially be scratched up and have all sorts of glitches. This is the second renewed item I've purchased from Amazon and the second time I've been pleasantly surprised. It didn't arrive in it's original packaging but it did arrive in pristine condition.( I forgot to wipe the watch off at the end of the day I took the picture on so the watch face was a little dirty but there are no scuffs or scratches on the watch) It appears that all of the functions of the watch work as they should. I say "appears" because honestly I've only ever worn conventional watches before so with all the things that this watch can do I've been a bit overwhelmed with it and haven't been able to fully put it through all of its paces yet. Which leads to the second thing which is that I am quite satisfied with all the things that I can do and have done with it so far. There are just so many options but it's functioning extremely well so far. The only area I wish was a little better is the battery life. I normally get about 2 days of use before I have to charge it which isn't that bad, but again you have to remember I'm coming at this as somebody who's used to having a regular watch that you never have to charge or wind up or anything. Still for all that it does I can totally see why the battery life isn't the best out there. It has lots of functions and you basically want to use them all lol. It has a beautiful screen and lots of flashy things you can activate on it so it's worth the trade off to me. And let's not forget that sweet sweet rotating bezel...lol. I say if you're in the market, buy this watch with confidence. 👍🏾

Still working 4 years in. The rotation has not sticked baring when it needed a little cleaning. System continues to run smooth

- Very little difference between the Samsung 4 and Samsung 5 Pro. The difference in price is not justified. - Very nice metal housing. My wife has the 5 Pro which is a plastic housing, which I don't like. - Takes some time to understand and learn features. - I orderede the watch with a white band, but received a light grey? - I didn't receive any Instruction/Guide booklet. - Like the design. - Although you can Google and read the news on the watch, the letters are so small, that it is really uncomfortable.

Battery life is better than expected for a watch that takes calls. Works intuitively as a fitness and media monitor. Very pleased with this refurbished item. Would buy again. Thank you!

The watch itself is fantastic and the price is great. This is my second time buying this one. My previous watch has a crack in the screen and I was told it would be cheaper to buy the watch again than to replace the screen. Unfortunately, I was sent the black version of the watch instead on the silver version. I'm going to keep it, though. Can't be bothered to send it back.

I bought this to replace my frontier. I chose the refurbished like new and I am pleased. There is no visible damage on the exterior and all the packaging and accessories were there. Only thing was the battery life wasn’t as long as the original, but all in all a solid choice.

This was my first watch and it works for what it needs to. Definitely quite slow when trying to do anything out of the ordinary, but the price is so much better than a new one that I dont mind

Cuando lo recibí se actualizo varias veces y se empezó a calentar y me salió un mensaje de la temperatura, pero una vez que terminaron las actualizaciones, todo perfecto. Para todo lo que ofrece su sistema, la batería dura bien, a mi me dura casi los 2 días, y si le doy bastante uso a todas sus funciones.

Well worth the price. Absolutely beautiful piece. It may be a refurbished watch, but well worth the risk. I figured if it didn’t perform adequately, I would have just returned it. But I can vouch that everything works perfectly. I would swear that this is a brand new watch. Battery life is approximately 2 full days, but I can probably squeeze in another half day or so. Paired almost instantly with my Samsung s21 fe. You won’t be disappointed!

Todo excelente, esta como nuevo y la correa original, para hacer reacondicionado está totalmente nuevo Solo hubo que actualizar como cuatro o cinco veces para que quedara al 100 el único pero es la batería, pero por el sistema que trae es excelente ya le instalé WhatsApp
