Perfect Base for so many Japanese Soups
A very important ingredient for those who enjoy Japanese cuisine. This seaweed, all by itself, makes the dashi broth for Miso and Clear Soup. Probably many more but I've not found them yet. I also learned that letting the kombu sit in the boiled and cooled water for 24 hours makes it even tastier and more robust. Great Product!

It’s good for you
I’m just beginning to eat seaweed and wasn’t sure I would like it. I put it on salads and it’s great plus it’s good for you.

Once you realize it’s seaweed, it’s pretty tasty for seaweed. We use it to make sushi rice cuz we’re pretty shizzle.

Weird but it helps
Put this in beans to get rid of the sugars that cause digestive issues. I’ve noticed a big difference.
