do these cypress require sunny situation or will they grow in semi shade

I have 4 growing in large pots, 3 in semi shade & 1 in full sun. At the moment they are approx 6ft tall, they are perfectly happy in either conditions.

Hello, the soil in my garden is very clay-like - how would the trees cope in this kind of soil?

We garden on heavy clay soil and our cypress trees are growing away happily. Might be a good idea to add some good compost into the planting hole. We do this with most of our new plants and over the years this has helped to lighten our soil and keep our plants happy.

Can I order 3of these trees?

If they are advertised as pairs I doubt it.
