It had to have happened during the assembly process because the packaging was great. Another head scratcher is, it came with a remote but nowhere on the sign or cable is there a sensor. So it’s just a useless thing that they included.As far as the sign itself, the lettering is a good size and it’s extremely (EXTREMELY) bright.
