I have struggled with muscle spasms in my upper back for decades and I can’t tell you how many different medications I’ve been prescribed! I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas. He’s already used it a few times and really likes it! It’s a little brutal for the first time use but that’s just because our muscles are so tight lol it’s extremely sturdy and doesn’t slide around on the floor at all! We’re both really excited to continue using it, great product!!

I've had problems with my upper back, between my shoulder blades. No amount of stretching, lying on water bottles, tens sessions worked for long. The first time I used this, I felt the misaligned vertebra pop back into place. You need no more than 30-60 seconds on this device, it is so effective. Combined with the stretching, it has fixed that painful cramped feeling in my upper back. I joke that if the house catches ablaze, this is the thing I run in to save. God bless whoever designed this device.

This. Is. Amazing. It's not the most comfortable thing to use, no, but the instructions say to only hold each position for 30 seconds, and the payoff is worth it. After a week of use, I can now correct the issue between my shoulder blades that has plagued me since high school without needing to enlist another person. Position the stretcher, lay back, couple of deep breaths to relax everything, and POP! I might need to get the other attachments for my neck and sacrum, but between my shoulder blades is the only spot I've never been able to effectively correct on my own. Thank you, Thrival!!

It looked like the space inbetween each piece was closed together (so it would be closer to your spine. On the “smallest setting” it’s a pretty large hands with apart (too far away from your spine). It ends up pressing too hard on your bones/muscles. There’s NO way I could use it. It caused more pain & didn’t offer any relief. Returned

I was hesitant about buying this particular piece however I'm glad I bought two separate pieces and not just these parts to go on the same base. That way I can use this one and the other base at the same time on the hip area. I really like using this Arch to start from my lower back and slowly and carefully gradually work it up to the upper back you can always start with the upper back and then gradually work it down to the lower back whatever you're comfortable with I recommend using this on some type of cushion flooring I use one of my plush cotton large bath mats to lay this out on my wood floor and it works fantastic that way I know I'm laying down on something clean also.

I liked the board so much that I tried to order the arch for the back. I would like to review this product but I ordered it twice and received a pink travel board instead both times. I’m giving up and finding another product.

The thing falls apart when I try to squirm around and find the right spots.
