These are fairly basic cables with crocodile clips that have insulation covering all but a small part of the ends. While this is good for getting in between test points without shorting out to an adjacent point, it restricts the jaws so does not allow clipping onto bigger terminals. Having said all that the cables were cheap enough so I'm not unhappy with this purchase for what they are.

These leads are pretty decent. The wire seems thick enough to carry at least some current, and the clips are properly soldered to the leads, not simply crimped as you'd find for the cheapest alternatives. For those that don't realise: note that the product image shows *both* ends of these cables. You're getting two leads with crocodile clips at both ends.

Not recommended. As other reviews have stated, the plastic covers are too big and slippery, so it is is struggle to open the clips without fingers sliding around. Not much fun to use.......and I regret buying them, although they can be used in an emergency.

I have just become an electrician and these are handy to make quick connections in the distribution board for testing and on the end of wires in circuits. Obvious faaaar cheaper than the outrageous cost of £35 for a kewtek crocodile clip set, which is ridiculous. The only difference is the croc clips are a bit too small to comfortably clip onto the earth and neutral bar around the screws, but I manage with a bit of fiddling.

I am very happy with these, they do exactly what I wanted.As per the product description, you get a pair of leads, and as from the product photo you can see that the leads have a crocodile clip at each end.In common with almost all leads of this type that I have used over the past 40 years, it can be slightly fiddly to open the crocodile clip as the plastic covers are somewhat slippery. I find that if I wipe my fingers first, I can use them without problem.I was pleased to see that the wires are soldered at the clips and not only crimped.For the price I have no complaints.
