Amazing transitional swaddle
This product has changed my babyโs sleep. He still has a bad startle reflex so once he started rolling we were panicking trying to find a sleep sack that wouldnโt wake him up every 10 minutes. This has been the best option for us. Heโs still a little small and I donโt love the fact that the fabric rides up so we got the belt and as long as we ensure it is snug and right under his arms, itโs totally fine. He also eats his hands so this allows him to do that while keeping him cozy and warm all night. The only thing is that the zipper is NOT a two way zipper so if you have to do a diaper change you have to unzip it from the top - donโt love that because it disrupts his sleep. Overall highly recommend!

Sleep is a must
I recommend this to any new mom or any mom that is struggling to swaddle. My baby liked his arms in a star position so this worked perfectly for me and my little one. He felt the comfort of his sleep sack which allowed him to stay asleep with startling awake and I finally got some sleep

Great transition swaddle
Baby was ready to get out of his Velcro swaddle (breaking out/signs of rolling) but his Moro reflex still was waking up him regularly. Swapped him into the Zipadeezip and it seemed to help. He can still move his hands to his mouth for self soothing, but snuggles him just a little to help keep him from waking. Double zipper for easy middle of the night diaper changes. Love the blue and green color. They are nice and long since he is a tall guy. The fabric is not stretchy but feels nice overall. It does have a bit of pilling after the first wash but otherwise held up nicely.

Lifesaver, it really works!
We transitioned our 4 month old out of her swaddle and it was a nightmare until we got the Zipadee-zip. Once we started using it, she started sleeping much more independently without any training at all, falling asleep easily and connecting cycles in her crib. Now at 6 months she wears the Zipadee every time she sleeps and sleeps 11 hours straight at night and has solid 90 minute naps. I swear it's a huge part of her amazing sleep. We've bought about four of these in multiple sizes, its one of our absolute best baby products!

Amazing product, but pills
This saved us when we transitioned from swaddle. Itโs the only thing that helped my baby sleep. However, the material is thin and it pills really bad after just a few washes but overall, I still definitely think it is worth it. I have ordered more! I put my baby in long sleeve zip up pajamas so the only part of her that touches the sleep sack is her hands so I donโt see it has a big deal

Good design, not good for smaller babies
Even though this is a cute transitional swaddle, it really didn't fit my baby right. The zipper would bunch up in her face and the arm portion didn't seem to hold her arms down enough. The material quality isn't bad but it's thin. Which is good for warmer days. The material isn't stretchy, it's more of a regular cotton style material. Easy to get it on and off though. It might work for bigger babies, but not for small petite ones.

Looks hilarious AND works well
Great transition swaddle - we used this after the snoo straitjacket, once he was in a crib, and after he started rolling. The material is soft and not too warm, he can still self-soothe, and most importantly, he looks absolutely hilarious. I love my stupidly adorable starfish. Note on sizing: We bought the 6-12mo size even though our kid was 4.5mo, because he was 91st percentile in height and we wanted to make sure he had enough room to stretch out his arms and legs. Would keep this in mind if your baby is especially short or tall. :)

Great lightweight swaddle transition product
We have used the Love to Dream โswaddle upโ series since my son was born as he loved to have his arms up. He most recently was in the final stage one where the arms unzipper to be out. When he started rolling front to back a few weeks ago we let him have one arm free and he did great with that. But I knew it was only a matter of time until he rolled back to front so eventually we tried a nap with both arms free. It was a no go. He was flailing his arms like crazy and grabbing the pacifier out of his mouth etc. Just not ready for it. So I ordered this to have just in case after that and it happened to come in the mail the day before he started rolling back to front!!! We tried it on him for a nap just hours after he first had rolled back to front, and he did beautifully. Bonus that he canโt scratch my face or pull my hair for that early morning nursing session. And his arms donโt get frigid so I find Iโm worrying about his temp less when heโs in short sleeves in the warmer months! We might only use this for a couple of months until heโs able to replace his own pacifier and we want him to have his hands free to be able to do that but until that transition happens this will be a total sanity and sleep saver! Will be buying a backup too. To those that say the zipper bulges by the mouth, in my experience it sort of does but not enough to cover the whole mouth or face or be of concern for safety. And my son is in the smallest for weight and height range for the size I got him (so thereโs a bit of extra room). Heโs also not a big mover when he sleeps so it doesnโt bunch up too much. Our daughter would rotate all over the place so this product would not have worked for her (not to mention she was a thumb sucker). I have not washed this yet so canโt speak to the fabric quality or it getting pilly over time but will try to line dry when I can. I canโt imagine the quality will go to trash if we only use it for 2, 4 or 6 months or who knows how long. But I do wish it were softer/more stretchy like the Love to Dream swaddles. They do make a cotton version but I think itโs like $5 more on Amazon (this one is mainly polyester blend).

Great Transitional Swaddle
We were dreading the transition out of the swaddle when my baby was 3 months old and started showing signs of rolling. We were using an arms up swaddle and decided to give this a try - our baby absolutely loves it! He sleeps even better in this than the swaddle. I think he likes the ability to move around freely but it stifles his startle reflex enough that he doesn't wake himself up. From night one, he has consistently slept 7+ hour stretches in this since we transitioned him 3 weeks ago. It is on the thinner side so might not be good if your room runs cold. As other reviews mention, it does also somewhat bunch up around the chin if your baby is on the smaller side of the size guidelines, but this hasn't been much of an issue for us because we pair it with a breathing band around his waste which also happens to stop it from riding up.
