I bought RockTape Extra Sticky before a busy week of workouts because I wanted something that would stay in place without constantly needing to be replaced. It ended up exceeding my expectations in every way. The first thing I noticed was how well the tape adhered to my skin. After applying it correctly, it stayed firmly in place through strength training, cardio sessions, daily activities, and even showers. I never had to worry about the edges curling up or the tape peeling off halfway through the day. What impressed me even more was how comfortable it felt. It provided excellent support for my knee without making movement feel restricted. Instead of feeling stiff, I was able to move naturally while still getting the extra stability I needed. It also seemed to help reduce muscle fatigue after longer workouts, making recovery feel a little easier. Works and sticks well.

Lasts several days longer than other brands, even with showering. Yet, comes off easily. Easy to cut and apply, comfortable and doesn't irritate the skin.

I have tendonitis in my wrist from 20 years of cutting hair so I have tried several different brands of kt tape. This H20 extra sticky sounded perfect. While it's very good and works as far as pain relief, the adhesive isn't going to last more than 2 days. I only docked it one star because I hoped it wouldn't lift, but I know asking a tape to last through multiple shampoos is a lot. It very well might last several days on a different part of the body but just know that if it's a wrist or gets wet several times, it will start lifting on the edges. I am going to stick with this tape though because even with the small lifting it is stronger than anything else I've used.

My son is an athlete and we had been using another brand of kinesiology tape for supporting his knee pain. The only problem is the other brands would peel off immediately once he starts to sweat in a game, even though the tapes are supposed to last 2-3 days or more. Our chiropractor recommend Rock Tape and then we found the extra sticky version, which is amazing! It really does the job and regardless of how much activity, sweating or showers, it stays in place for a minimum of 3 days. While this brand may be a little more expensive than the store brands, it will save you money in the long run as you won't have to replace it as often. I do wish they offered it in skin toned colors, but that is not enough of a con to rate it less than 5 stars. I will continue to purchase this product in the future.

Working well

This is not extra sticky and won't hold up in any heat outdoors of if you sweat any at all. 2/10 would not buy again.

It works exactly as expected, giving me tremendous relief to rotator cuff pain. It sticks very well and so far it appears to be fairly water resistant. It’s worth noting that this is not a do it yourself product. I’m following the instructions given to me by a physical therapist to taped me up the first two times.

I purchased RockTape Extra Sticky to support my ankle while recovering from a running-related injury. The tape has excellent adhesion and stays in place even after long periods of walking and daily activity. It provides noticeable support and stability without restricting movement too much. What impressed me most is how well it stays attached around the ankle, which can be a difficult area to tape properly. The material is comfortable to wear and the extra sticky version lives up to its name. Obviously, tape is not a substitute for proper rehabilitation or medical advice, but as part of my recovery plan it has been very helpful. I would happily buy it again and recommend it to runners and active people looking for additional support.
