Thank you very much for the product, i always like to do some DIY at home, and so happy to find this nice Saw. The menu book is written in every details about safety issues and instruction, when i tried the product i found it is very easy to operate, safe to use, i really enjoyed it.

The worst tool ever bought. No one can loose the hex screw so that I can put on blade. It was bought as a Christmas gift for me about 4 to 6 weeks before Christmas therefore, I believed it was too late to return. I even bought screw remover set from Amazon and still couldn’t get the hex screw out. I even took it into a small engineering workshop and they couldn’t free it either. So it’s back in its box and is now in a cupboard.

Just opened to use this for the first time, the hex bolt has been used before and worn out so i cant fit the blade. The outside of the hex bolt looks worn to where someone must have tried to use pliars, What a total sham. And how am i supposed to return this???? I want my money back.

Haven't used it yet, but 2 of the 3 blades supplied do not fit. They are "Performance" 3/8 inch (.952mm) bore and will not fit onto the 10mm spindle. The own make blade fits fine. I notice that customers have had trouble sourcing the correct replacement blades so I am not willing to accept this tool and will be returning unless they supply the correct size.

This machine lasted only 20 minutes.First cut of kitchen worktop blade was blunt after 35cms. Second blade lasted slightly longer and the bolt holding the blades on sheered off after 30 seconds on the 3rd blade. A totally useless piece of kit. May be alright for slicing butter but not for wooden kitchen wortops.
