this multivitamin is effective!! my nails aren’t always strong and they always break, but ever since i started taking this multivitamin, i never knew how strong my nails could be and how long they could get without breaking! i also feel more energized from taking this multivitamin. it’s important that you stay consistent, and you’ll see the results, i promise. the pill is pretty big compared to the average pill size, but just swallow it with a lot of water and don’t overthink it, you’ll be fine lol. the taste isn’t that bad, you just gotta swallow it with water. it’s also important that you eat after taking the pill bc if you don’t eat afterward, it’ll upset your stomach. i have a sensitive stomach, so just make sure you eat smg after taking the pill and you’ll be fine. i don’t see any side effects from this multivitamin other than amazing results! just buy it and you won’t regret it 🤭

I’ve noticed more energy and alertness. If you research this vitamin you will know if they’re worth trying. Especially if you are taking other medications. I like them and there wasn’t a problem with other medication or vitamins I take.

I love that this brand is super clean and reliable. Was tired of multivitamins with pointless dyes and additives. Also, I really like that it is a glass jar. The taste is an average vitamin taste but definitely not bad.

OBSERVATION: I wanted to take a multivitamin that covers most of the vitamins that I need. I decided to purchase the 30-day tablets, but I will be telling you why I am now purchasing the 60-day tablets! PROS: - The pill is a bit large, but it's not difficult for me to swallow (plus you only have to take 1 pill per day!) - There isn't a high amount of iron in this vitamin if you're worried about high iron levels, and the pill is organic. - I was not using this multivitamin for hair growth, but I take pictures of my 4c hair each year, and I see a MAJOR difference in hair density (not thickness). - I did not experience any symptoms while taking this vitamin for the full 30 days. CONS: - I do not have any cons on this product. In fact, I have ordered a 60-day subscription so I can continue using this!

Amazing it's really help me with daily activities, not heavy

I am happy for now as it’s too early to say about its complete effects. But best part is it’s gentle on the stomach and no side effects .
