I would recommend this for anyone who is susceptible to sea or travel sickness. The lack of side effects mean there is little to lose! And its at an affordable price. Pros Affordable Easy to use and tolerate No medication side effects Appropriate for kids Feel durable and likely to last a few years at least Come in handy small plastic case Cons Prolonged use can cause slight irritation to skin and the material can get a bit grubby How I've used them I've used these bands on 2 cruises so far, one was for 2 weeks and the other a week. Prior to the cruises I am someone who had very bad sea sickness when whalewatching in New Zealand, and ever since have anxiety at the thought of being on a boat. I can also get car sick on windy journeys. I wore these pretty much 24/7 whilst on the cruises, only removing to shower. The prolonged use does create an indent in your wrist, but this goes within a day of having the bands off. The bands are easy to put on or off, and I used the 3 finger guide to determine the correct location. You get used to knowing when the band is in the correct spot, so putting the bands on becomes easier and quicker with practice. I believe there is a set size for adults. The weather on my cruises wasn't terrible, and when worse weather was due I did take some tablet antisickness as and when, on top of using the bands 24/7. However I feel I'm high risk for sickness so for less risk people they might well be able to go without the tablets. There may be an element of the bands giving reassurance and reducing anxiety, but anxiety often plays into sickness so I'm fine with whatever works! I'll take the placebo effect if it makes me not be sick! I was never actually sick during the cruises, with the bands and occasional tablets. I haven't tested them in severe sea conditions, but they've worked well for me so far. See photos for sizing. The bands can easily go on soft toys to encourage children to wear them

So far so good with these, my pregnant wife has been using them now for a month and found that they reduce her nausea. Worth every penny and would only buy another in case the other gets dirty or deteriorated.

Put these on for a long ferry ride and again on a yacht and wasn't nauseous at all. However, I did take anti sea sick pills too, so they may have contributed to it

Excellent. Both wife and daughter use these and has prevented any travel sickness in the car ( only transport they suffer in). Fully proven recently whilst driving for a week on the mountain passes of the Alps. Recommend

This was great when I was pregnant with my daughter. I was sick so badly, couldn't keep food or water down. After a few days of wearing it help me allot! I wasn't feeling so nauseous anymore

I get miserably seasick. These were brilliant. Yes they were a very snug fit so many men would find them too tight. Would also fit children aged 10+

I get nausea dominant migraines, and I’ve tried so many things. If the nausea sets in, I’m done for. Next after nausea is light sensitivity, can’t work, can’t look at screens, must lie very still in the dark, the slightest movement makes me sooo nauseous and sick. These acupressure sea bands are the most effective solution, in unassuming little bands. I put them on when the nausea kicks in and I get instant relief. Then I am able to maintain my workday/life. So glad I tried them. They hold their elasticity well, and on migraine days I am wearing them all day. Affordable price point so I will not hesitate to buy more when these wear out. mi mama tras una operación tuvo muchas nauesas por la anestesia asi que buscando soluciones encontré estas bandas de seaband que es a base de acupresion dando presión en algún punto para especifico para diferentes malestares en la de las nauseas es en la muñeca le sirvió algo a mi mama y funciona para otras cosas como migrañas y otros malestares incluso lo recomiendan pacientes que llevan tratamientos de quimioterapia y pues los malestares son varios , asi que si recomendaría el producto tomando en cuenta que cada organismo es diferente y puede ayudar en mayor o menor medida y es un producto difícil de encontrar al menos en mexico como en mi caso gracias amazon

It would not have been possible for me to even think of going on my last pilgrimage to the Holy Land without these magical wrist bands. With all the twisting and turning driving, and sailing on the rough waters of the Sea of Galilee, I was able to enjoy every special moment of the tour. For someone who can't manage a bumpy car drive of 30 minutes with sudden changing of lanes, this was a life saver. Going on another tour in the fall and you can be sure these little darlings will be close to my chest. Soft, easy to wear, and washable. Highly recommend.
