Good gift for artists, it was not for me, but was asked by someone who knows their craft.

Yes, these are genuine copics, and they work as well as you'd expect. The brushes are a joy do draw with and the colours are vibrant. The blue and the purple are quite rich instead of pastel, which I should have expected given how closely the ink matches the colour of the tips. If you want to create gradients, I would recommend investing in a blender pen which comes with some sets, but not this one. Whereas you can easily blend the lighter colours by overlapping them, it doesn't work with more vibrant hues.

Could see why they are so widely used. Nice strong colours and easy to use, though still expensive. Wish I could justify the money for a bigger set as they are really nice to use.s

was bought as a gift for my grand daughter who is a talented artist and these were the pens that she requested although they are a bit pricey they do last a long time and have bpth a fine and thick end so you can draw or colour shade or dot work whatever your artistic bent needs

I was recommended copic pens from a TV crafter and am very pleased with them, far superior to others I have purchased. I only bought the one set to try but will definitely be building my collection. Worth paying a higher price for the quality.
