These are so fun! We had a pile of sand delivered to our house for our kids to play in. I buried a box of treasure in there for them to find when they were digging in it. I put several of these in there. (My youngest loves to collect rocks!) both kids had so much fun finding the treasure and then digging through this for the prize inside. All was well, until my youngest (the rock collector) didn’t get a rock and got the gold. 🤣 These are defiantly worth it because it’s a great outside activity for the kids - rain or shine! I’ll be making more purchases of these for this summer.

The quality of this product is a little disappoint. It chips away too easily and doesn’t really allow for a challenge. There are similar products out there that are more to my liking. I mean it’s fun. It’s easy to use and it’s cute. Just wish it was made a little better

These are fun to put in a disposable aluminum pan (to contain the mess and make an easy clean up) and let kids dig for their rock. I'd recommend for ages 6 and up. You'll hit the fun jackpot, but don't expect to strike gold.

It was very hard for my 7 year old to break it does make a mess but really once I’m there nothing worth keeping . The digging I guess was the part they liked then everything went in garbage . Got them away from gaming

I really liked the Gold Dig Toy! The color of the sand really is a bright gold color and it kept its shape even during shipping. The tools were sturdier than expected. It was fun to chip away the sand to find the possible gold nugget inside hiding. I highly recommend it!

“This is really fun!” said my 4.5 year old while we were exploring this gold dig! We really enjoyed the quality time we spent this digging through this toy together, and it really lasted quite a while as we dug toward the middle. My kiddo even asked at the end if we could buy another to see what else we could get!

Literal garbage. Not worth you money at all. I got this for my daughter for her golden birthday. The inside stone was a 1/2”x1/2” brown cube. It is labeled as a rainbow stone on the packaging, but there is nothing rainbow about it. No variegations in color or patterns or anything. So small. So ugly. Even if it looked like a natural storm with natural edges instead of a square. not worth it.
