Great training tool!
My daughter has been struggling with overhand serves, we got this for her for Christmas. Super easy to use, she is able to get much more reps in and not constantly chasing the ball! Her serves are much more consistent. Highly recommend.

Our granddaughter practices with it almost every day in the yard. Great idea for volleyball athletes in the family.

Practice
My 12 year old granddaughter loves it. She plays on her school team. She is able to practice by herself and this makes her a better player. Thank you.
