works perfect, does the job

It's OK and works as expected but NOTE it has no earth terminal so if you light needs to be earthed you will need to use a small terminal block which if small enough will just fit inside the unit.

Perfect kit that includes the photocell and housing socket with all fittings. I only needed the replacement photocell as the one we had stopped working so instlallation was as simple as removing the old photocell (it pulls off like a plug) and fitting the new one in. Being used with several outdoor LED lights on a timer switch so that the lights only come on during the timer when it's dark.

Damaged while in box. Factory did not secure the diffuser.

This was purchased as a replacement to one that has served well for a good few years. Easy to fit and does exactly as it should by way of managing the exterior drive lights.

Replacement arrived in 24 hours and is a new one. First one smashed and bits missing so had been out before

Replacing an existing photocell which had died, this was a doddle to fit and worked immediately. It is important to work out which direction is north and orient the photocell appropriately (there is an arrow on the unit). The cover is opaque and not clear like the picture so I guess it will switch on at slightly higher light levels but I am still happy with it. Great price too.
