This drink is legit. I have been trying to drink something better than coffee. Yea, I know, nothing hits hard and just right like a cup of coffee. The thing is, coffee pulls out a lot of vital nutrients within us to "enhance" our sensory experiences. Doing that everyday, weeks, months, years... can cause anyone to feel like crap, man. So, green tea matcha became my morning cup instead and it helps. However, it was weak, lol. I wanted to feel awake, alert, and fresh, especially for those days that demand my focus and attention. That's when I learned more about mushrooms. There's an ad I kept seeing on FB and was like, let me see if Amazon has it. I found this brand instead and came to terms with the risks. I do not regret it. I took one serving the first time (by itself) and within minutes, I felt a sense of peace and calmness, but awake. Mind you that the "I'm dominating this day" feeling you get with coffee was not present. I did however felt a sense of readiness. Like "I can do this". If you think about it, it's all you need to really get things done (efficiently too). Specifically, work or creative related tasks. Me being me though, I figured, lets try this with some pre-work (natural caffeine) and YO... lol, let's just say I feel like I could lift in telekinesis. All in all, I do recommend this drink. I am so lucky and grateful they have this and sell it on Amazon (I live on Oahu, HI, so some things just won't ship here). The taste was not bad at all by itself. Mixed with green tea matcha and stevia; perfection. The results/outcomes I have experienced consistently when drinking this every morning are: Increased Focus, Enhanced sense of well-being, improved bowel movement (finally, steady bathroom visits), and a slight natural uplift of energy. I am so pleasantly surprised at how delicious this mushroom beverage blend is! It contains all the very best mushroom supplements at potent concentrations, blended in a way that perfectly complements my morning coffee or chai! All of these ingredients have been proven to ward off early onset dementia, as well as proven to keep your hair from going gray! Highly recommended!

should have paid more attention to the petition size because it’s tiny, i mixed one ting scoop that’s provided inside with my tea and it actually tastes great. planning on adding it to my daily coffee, smoothies and tea depending on recommendations.

Good for you, helps overall health & mental clarity but tastes horrible, and leaves a bad taste in your mouth 😅, definitely recommend for the health aspects, but fair warning if you have a sensitive palate or avoid taking it bec don't like the taste of cough syrup, your ganna hate this 😅,

I’m giving this 5 stars because of the mild flavor and subtle added energy I have noticed. I have been adding this to my regular coffee every day for about 2 months. The taste is mild and pleasing and because my coffee is so strong I can barely notice the flavor of the mushroom powder. If anything, it enhances my coffee. It took a few weeks but I started noticing that I didn’t require a nap during the day. I don’t feel at all jittery, just more alert. I have been on airplanes during the height of flu season and around people that I know to be sick and have not picked up anything. I suppose this could be attributed to the immune system benefits but there is no way to know that for sure. I was hoping that the claims of lowering blood sugar that I have seen on other brands would be true but I haven’t had luck with that. With that said, I plan to keep using this powder unless I find a good reason to give it up.

Very small bag. It literally fit in the palm of my hand. The scoop was so tiny and you're only supposed to us 1 scoop. I did and after not being able to taste it I ended up putting 3 more scoops in my coffee. I can tell it's not going to last long. When it's finished I won't be buying anymore. The one that starts with a "R" is expensive but I'm going to have to bite the bullet and pony up the money because it's way better tasting and you get more.

This mushroom has a great taste and I have blended it all my drinking like smoothie, coffee and even teas and it’s delicious with any kind of combination. It has been helping me with bloating and fatigue. I have gut problems and this mushroom power is helping me a lot. Worth of money and highly recommended.
