Dog Poo Bag Holder with Dog Poo Bags Rolls, Durable and Guaranteed Leakproof, Lavender Scented, 1 Dispenser and 900 Bags

I needed a new poop bag holder and after looking around, took a punt on one of the Earth Rated brand ones from Amazon as it was on a flash sale at less than £5. I like the quality so much I bought a second. The plastic is thick and feels durable. There's a hook on the back for poop bags. The way the dispenser comes apart makes installing the bags easy as there's a vertical slit rather than a hole to try and push the bags through. The dispenser provides more resistance than the usual round holes so you don't end up pulling through more than one bag. Each one came with 15 bags, and it looks like it will hold any brand of bag if Earth Rated isn't your usual preference. The packaging is pretty much just cardboard. The product itself and bags are also made from at least 65% recycled plastic. I'm happy with my purchases and would highly recommend them.

These poo bags are the best available. You don’t have to worry about your fingers going through the bags as they are a great size, thickness and quality. These don’t have handles but are still easy to tie. We have been using this brand for years as no other brand comes close. These dark green rolls fit in all the poo bag holders we have ever used. They are great value for money especially when bought on sale. They are available in unscented or lavender. Both are fine but I tend to buy the cheaper option at the time

Let's be honest, nobody gets excited about poo bags... until they buy bad ones. I've been using these Earth Rated bags for years now, and they're the only ones I buy. In fact, I order a big box every 6-12 months and don't even bother looking at alternatives anymore. The bags are thick, strong, and have never once let me down. Unlike cheaper bags, I've never had that heart-stopping moment where a finger suddenly pokes through at exactly the wrong time. Fellow dog owners will know that's a level of trust that's hard to put a price on! They're also large enough to handle multiple garden clean-up duties in a single bag, which makes them really practical and helps reduce waste. One feature I absolutely love is the little sticker that appears near the end of the roll. It lets you know you've only got a few bags left, so you're never caught halfway through a long walk discovering you've just used the last one. It's such a simple idea, but incredibly useful. The dispenser deserves a mention too. After a few orders I now have one attached to every lead I own. Some products become repeat purchases because they're exciting. These have become a repeat purchase because they quietly do exactly what they're supposed to do, every single time. Not the most glamorous thing I've ever reviewed, but easily one of the most dependable.

I’ve been using these poo bags for years and love that i can buy them in bulk at a very reasonable cost. The box of 900 bags also comes with a free dispenser, which is a nice extra. Personally, I don’t use the dispenser on dog walks — I have it hooked onto the fence so the bags are always to hand when cleaning up in the garden. I usually have a roll in the pocket of one of my coats, in the car or in a handbag, so they’re always easy to grab when needed. The bags themselves are strong and thick, and i’ve never had one split (thankfully). They’re more than sturdy enough for cleaning up after a chocolate labrador. The lavender scent helps mask smells without being overpowering, which i really appreciate. My dog turns 10 in February 2025 and we’ve used these bags throughout her life. Reliable, good quality and great value — an easy five-star recommendation.

Bags are great. Holders are neat, but I have now lost the bottom half of two of them. It may be my fault for not double-checking that the two halves are clicked into each other secure after changing the roll. I suggest adding a bit of sticky tape for a “belt & braces” approach. Maybe they should add a sheet of stickers to each box of bags to remind customers.

The bags themselves are large, strong and after using nearly all of a 900 bag order I've not had one bag that was torn or defective (just about to order another 900). As for the dispenser, we're on our third. I haven't had it fall apart on a walk or the strap break but I have had another member of the family refill it and manage to permanently seal it closed.....twice. This isn't a design fault but user error. After getting the family member to demonstrate what they did I discovered they were twisting it the wrong way on closure. After showing them the correct way (and added a black mark with a sharpie) it hasn't happened again. It's easy to refill (the trickiest part is getting the sticker off the full roll of bags that stops it unravelling) and the small warning sticker when there are only 3 bags left can be handy (though a quick twist to open and check before going out is easy enough). I can understand why someone with severe joint or grip issues may have a problem but the same family member who sealed it closed (twice...seriously, how do you do it twice?!??!) has quite bad arthritis and has no problems.

In the last 2 years, Earth Rated have changed the design of their bag dispenser twice and each time for the better. This latest version (Nov 23) is by far its best yet. TLDR: Love the dispenser. Bags are great. Would recommend for any dog owner. OVERALL DISPENSER DESIGN: The overall look is slick and feels higher quality than its predecessors. It’s sturdy with its new silicone strap and doesn’t hang as low as it did on the old Velcro strap. They’ve also added a visual aid so you know the dispenser is actually locked and closed; the indented line on the base should sit in line with the dispenser slot. DISPENSER SLOT: The slot dispenser design is such a level up from previous versions. There’s no need to scratch around for the bag end or have the bag hanging out flapping all over the place. You can simply have a little bit poking out and it sits snug there as the slot isn’t oversized. No more taking it apart to roll the bags back in! Win! USED BAG CLIP: Like previous versions, the latest version has a used bag clip on the back to hang any filled bags without you having to hold them which is one of my absolute favourite features of the Earth Rated holders. POOP BAGS FOR DAYS: 900 good quality bags, easy to handle and use. The lavender scent is there but faint and not overpowering which is great in my opinion. I’ve seen some reviews talking about the new bag quality and while they are more transparent than previous versions, they’re not see through and I personally haven’t seen any change to the bags quality or effectiveness as a result of this. They’re strong, durable bags. I have a 27kg StaffyX who’s the size of a Labrador and her output is girthy, these bags have had no problems dealing with that. I have longish nails and they’ve never ripped while I’ve been handling or tying.

Excellent product! I was so sick of the bottom lids always coming off whenever I walk my dog and realizing it was gone when I got home and nowhere to be seen. This product is the perfect solution for it as the bottom has a very secure mechanism of locking the lid into place. Highly recommended!

Love the new design of the holder, love the new colour, suitable of boys and girls. So much easier to dispense the bags and the bottom securely clicks into place. I’ve lost a few of the previous design bottoms in the past with them unscrewing! The bags are just a strong and trustworthy as always! I can happily walk about with a bag full of poo knowing that it won’t burst or rip. Got these shipped to Australia as the are the only poo bags I trust!

I have tried out a bunch of dog poop bag holders. This one is great because it is flexible and can hook onto any leash of any size. The fact that the bottom screws on is helpful as well. Other dog poop bags holders I have had in the past, the issue was the bottom falling out at some point during the walk, and at the same time loosing using all the bags. This one doesn't do that. Good value

Love these bags and have now been using them exclusively for a year and a half. Extra long, durable bags that give you that bit of extra room to tie everything up cleanly. I really like that they're biodegradable so we aren't leaving 100s of plastic bags in the landfill and the green is nice and solid so you aren't carrying anything around on display! The 900 was a great value and with a new puppy we are already putting a dent in these. Love knowing there's another roll right there when I need it. Bonus the big box also comes with a bag dispenser which i also love but the shape is a little awkward to grab when the leash is in my hand. And I generally prefer the bag holders that attach lower on the leash so you dont have the bag next to your hand. However, still a great alternative and I'm using it even if it's not my favourite. Definitely have and would keep recommendint this to other dog owners!
