Brilliant pillow, best night's sleep in years
I love this pillow, I had one years ago & took it everywhere with me, but when I was replacing it, due to the fact I had the misfortune to wash the pillow in a bath, thinking I was doing a good thing, and I ruined it, I replaced it with various memory foam pillows, which were like slabs of cement bags, not a bit comfortable, and after a while I eventually bought a kaymed pillow, as I just couldn't find a dunlopillo the same as my old one, which had a tag on it HG3 1JL, and the Kaymed pillow I replaced it with was €110, and whilst it was better than the 3 memory foam pillows I had tried, it was still no where near as comfortable as my previous dunlopillo, so a few years passed and recently after a bout of not sleeping well, and tossing and turning, I decided the time was on me again to replace my pillow, so after doing some research I discovered this latex pillow was supposedly the same one as my old one, and it was a latex pillow as well, anyway I am delighted to say that yes this pillow is fantastic, it's as comfortable as my old one, and whilst it is more expensive (used to be about €35/€40 ten years ago, it's now twice that price) but it's worth every penny, as you cannot put a price on a good night's sleep!! I am half thinking of buying a second one to keep, incase anything happens my one!! as I don't want the hassle of trying to replace it again.

Dodgy Zip
We ordered two pillows and they've just arrived a day early - no chance to try them yet (update later). However, we were not impressed with the zip on the cover. On both our pillows the zips are stuck - one open by about an inch, the other by about 3.5 inches (obvious to whoever tried to zip up the cover). Close examination shows the small zip has a very narrow fabric strip below the teeth that runs with the teeth inside the zip closing device. We can see that this narrow strip has been caught and sewn to the much wider ribbon holding the zip teeth (when the zip was sewn into the cover) - thus preventing the closure of the zip. Both zips also refuse to open probably because of the same reason (no teeth damage is apparent). Tatty manufacturing. The pillows themselves seem wonderful but it looks like we will not be able to wash the insides as some reviewers have suggested we should every so often. Cannot wait to try them - will report back. Update: After a few days of use, as expected the pillows are wonderful (heavy though, they would knock you out in a pillow fight!). They mould around your head (and spring back without leaving an indent when you arise) and is there below your head to support your neck (I've been having neck muscle problems due to insufficient support from my old pillows). My wife too is very happy with her pillow, supporting her head just enough but not moulding around her face as her old soft & fluffy pillows used to do. Much better, apart from the zip problems we are very happy and would recommend these pillows for a good night's sleep.

Best night's sleep every
I have bought both this one and the Deluxe version, and now I have no idea how I managed to get comfy without them. They're firm, yet you sink into them when you rest your head. Then they bounce right into shape when you get up. No more saggy pillows after six months. So, if you're looking for a long-term investment, Dunlopillos turn out to be quite cost-effective. They really are worth the money, and you only need one! Now, for the juicy bit. I sleep mostly on my back, and i've found that the Super Comfort has supported me wonderfully- my head is raised enough, but not too much my neck hurts. Having tried the Deluxe, I find it is more fitting for side sleepers. The Deluxe is a little bit higher and a little bit (not hugely noticeable) firmer. Sadly, I don't find that the Super Comfort isn't as good as it could be if you do happen to want to sleep on your side, it's just a little too flat. I'm very broad-shouldered, so sleeping on my side with the Super Comfort isn't exactly Super Comfortable. I much prefer the Deluxe if i'm sleeping on my side as my neck and head feels supported. ------ Of course, it's all a matter of preference, but to summarise how i've found each pillo(w) to be: Super Comfort - Good for back or front sleeping, quite soft, flatter* (but not too flat) Deluxe - Very good for side sleeping, slightly firm, higher* *Than your average run of the mill brand new pillow. Super comfort if you like to sleep on one plumped pillow, Deluxe if you always double up your plumped up pillows. -------- In total, i'd definitely advise you buy a Dunlopillo. They really are the best, and getting to sleep and finding a comfortable position no longer feels like a chore. I've been using the Super Comfort for nearly five months now and it has shown absolutely no signs of wear or sinking. I know if I had bought cheaper pillows, they'd have sunk by now. Dunlopillo seems to be the kind of item that's going to last a long time, so even if the initial purchase seems like a lot, if you can, it really is an investment to make.

Comfortable and firm
Have had dunlopillo before and bought this one as it had good reviews. I will persevere with it, as initially it is a little higher than i am used to and it was slightly firmer than i had wished. But it does support your head comfortably and i presume as it should. I have slept well with no discomfort but as i say i have yet to get used to it. You can tell it is good quality and pops back into position and shape

Dunlopillo Super Comfort Full Latex Firm Pillow - Excellent pillow!
I have had a Dunlopillo Latex pillow for years and it has been a brilliant pillow. Have tried other types of pillow, but have always come back to my trusty Dunlopillo Latex one. It has kept it's shape and remained very comfortable and supportive. Have just bought another (this one), and am equally pleased with it, as it is pretty much identical to the original. It measures 75cm x 45cm and completely fills a standard UK pillowcase. Pillow only has a mild odour to it, which clears after an airing. It is described as 'firm', but to me that's a little misleading. It is more of a rebound pillow, that yields when you lay your head on it. It allows your head to relax comfortably, and then bounces back up when you lift your head. It feels quite soft under your head, but very supportive and comfortable, keeping your head in good alignment with your spine. The pillow comes in a zipped case, which can be removed for washing. To say that the pillow is '100% natural latex' is also misleading, because Dunlop Latex has an undisclosed percentage of synthetic latex in it. I would definitely recommend this pillow, unless you want a very firm one.

A Huge Difference ...
Ordered after much research and reading many reviews, to replace a couple of aging pillows. The ‘comfort’ of a pillow is of course a highly subjective and personal thing, but this one does it for me, perfectly. Much improved comfort through the night for the head, neck and shoulders. Initial thoughts were that it was too firm, but after a week or so of bedding-in (couldn’t resist that one, sorry!) it softened a bit and now provides the perfect level of support. So when you receive it, give it a chance and don’t be too quick to judge. Worth noting also this pillow is quite thick and well stuffed with all the comfy stuff inside. I used to always have two pillows - with this pillow, it’s one only and that’s just fine. Some reviewers have noted a strange smell, I was aware of this a couple of times when brand new but can genuinely say it was very minor and soon became a total non-issue. A quality upgrade on cheap, flat or lumpy pillows that will not cost nearly as much as it’s possible to pay it you’re looking for ‘the best’. Gets my Vote!

Horrible Polyester Casing, Very Soft
Bought these pillows as our old latex pillows were getting a bit misshapen after4 years of use. Assumed these would be high quality; however, they have polyester casing that crinkles as you move around on it and feels horrible underneath the pillowcase. Why would such expensive pillows not use cotton? Also very soft, I would not consider these medium-firm at all. My wife sleeps ok on hers, so she is fairly happy; I get a pain in my neck with these so back to my old pillow for me.

Finally some quality deep sleep.
Wow! I had read a few reviews saying how it wasn't made in the same factory etc and it was starting to put me off but then I was really struggling for a couple of weeks and thought I had to do something. This has solved the problem of endlessly twisting and turning the pillow over. I've tried memory foam, feather, normal foam and now I have eventually found sleeping nirvana. I have quite a solid bed (Sealy Casoli 1200) and it certainly is a good match for a decent latex pillow like this. The pillow itself is lovely and firm but supports your head. Difficult to describe because it isn't like putting your head on bricks it's like your head is held in a weightless state that I have found incredibly comfortable. It's also now helping me average an extra hour of deep sleep a night according to my fitness tracker! I think this pillow suits people with a bigger bonce more than a petite lady head, that's very much bro science but it's how the pillow feels.

Lange gesucht, endlich gefunden.
Sensationelles Kissen!
