Otherwise you will seriously burn your mouth and throat (and possibly stomach) even if you are spicy food level 4 eater in a Thai restaurant. When mixed properly, it is a perfect add-on. I bought it as we wanted to pair papaya orange habanero preserve with several French and Italian cheeses, but the preserve got discontinued as some people used it improperly and burned their mouth. So we mix it with many available papaya and orange preserves, replicating the discontinued item. You can find your proper proportion experimenting. Be careful to only offer a very small concentrations to others.
