Best case under £150
I have been building PCs for 28 years. I used to run a small business building custom gaming rigs so you can be sure I have built a lot of them over the years. I think this is my current go to champion case under £150. I think it's the easiest build I have ever done. I built 2 computers, one for a friend and one for his son and I used 2 of these following a review saying it was the perfect case. I can confirm, yes it is. So much space, so easy to build in, everything fits easily, cable management excellent, really exceptional and plenty of space for it. All panels come off easily including the top panel, no force needed and all screws are thumbscrews and captive. Front fans are quiet and very pretty and shift a ton of air. The only thing I changed was to move the rear fan off the hub and onto a mobo header so I could run it separately from the front fans which can run slower due to their size. I also replaced it with a lightwings fan. I was using the Phanteks P500A as it was only £90 and an amazing case for the price. Since it has been replaced with the G500A and is now over £160 due to price gouging and it only comes with 3 front fans, no rear fan and is quite a bit bigger than the 216, this 216 will be the new case of choice for me. I may even replace my aged 750D tower with one, I love it so much. It swallowed an Arctic freezer 2 280 without coming close to the large Dominator RAM as well, big tick there. The Phanteks wins there only due to its extra height meaning you can still unplug the cpu fan header after installing it whereas in the 216 you need to plug it in before installing the radiator or you will spend a while fiddling to get it in and may need to find a child with tiny hands to help you lol. The panels are solid and heavy, the glass side panel is very thick. If you were thinking of getting a 4000D airflow, this is well worth the extra 30 quid. It's in a completely different class to the Corsair case which feels cheap and tinny next to it, with very poor cable management and really poor front IO. I used one for my niece at Xmas because this 216 wasn't out. How I wish I could turn back time and replace it with this. She hates the 4000D, not only for it's awful IO but because it resonates and rattles from time to time until she rests a foot on it which stops it. Big thumbs up to Lian Li, I just hope the gougers don't ramp this up to £150+.

The Perfect Case for a First-Time Builder
As a first-time PC builder, I was a bit intimidated, but this Lian Li case made the entire process flawless. The build quality is exceptional; the steel and tempered glass panels feel premium and durable. The extra features really set it apart. The dual-chamber design is a game-changer for cable management, keeping all the clutter hidden behind the motherboard for a super clean look. I was able to install a large graphics card with ease, and there's ample room for multiple fans or a liquid cooling radiator. The tool-less panels and modular brackets also made installation incredibly user-friendly. This case is not only a dream to build in but it also looks amazing. It was a fantastic foundation for my first rig.

Patience. You'll do it..
It's a first class case, loads of room even for extended motherboards, plenty of airflow space and excellent cable management system. The fans are quiet and the RGB is pleasing to the eye. The case comes with its own built-in fan and RGB lighting node, so if you wish to install your own, this will need disconnecting first. Patience is needed with setting this up, as its not immediately obvious what is necessary to get all the lighting and fans operating if you are a bit novice builder like I was.

great quality
This is a great case, the build quality is first class. A little heavy due to being built with decent gauge metal, not 'tinny' at all. The pre-installed fans are decent and the fitted fan/argb hub is a welcome addition. There is plenty of space inside to ensure cable management is easy. Atx motherboards have two levels at which they can be installed, default is the lower setting to allow plenty of room for an aio 360/240mm. The lower setting also allows fitting of fans on the base of the case. All in all a really decent case, a pleasure to build in, and its really pretty too.
