I'm not even sure what I done to my wrist as it's almost impossible to get a GP appointment around here without a month long wait so I just went ahead and ordered this after a light spot of googling. I believe it was some form of ligament damage from too much fun on the motorcycle. Anyway, at first I was wearing it all day and night but it gets a bit too much so I opted to wear it a little bit loose during the day, taking it off from time to time, and wear it throughout the night. It seemed to cause more pain in my wrist for the first couple of days but I guess that is just from the restricted movement. After about 10 days of wearing it, my wrist feels better already. It's still not completely healed but this little wonder helped immensely. I've been waiting for my wrist to improve for a couple of months and until I got this wrist support, it hadn't. Overall, the product is comfortable and fits nicely, completely adjustable. I have huge wrists measuring in at slightly over 23cm and the XL fitted just fine, without being too tight and without exposing my skin to the Velcro straps. It also seems to be of a respectable quality thus far, certainly worth the cost. If you're sporting a wrist injury and are contemplating one of these, it's worth a try. After all, 12 quid will come again ,your wrists have to last you a lifetime!

This is a life changer!! Super happy with this item. I bought this for my partner who suffers really bad pain at night from his carpal tunnel. Usually he doesn't sleep past 4am and wakes with awful pain and then cant get back to sleep. The first night he wore it he woke at 7am, completely pain free, and he hasn't done that for probably 10 years! I wish I'd researched this sooner! At the worst he now occasionally feels a little tingling in his fingers when he wakes, but that has happened once or twice in the month he has been wearing it. He wears it every night and finds it comfortable enough that it doesnt bother him. The fit is great with the number of adjustable straps. I have recommended this to a friend who also suffers, it's that good. Highly recommended, great quality item that really works, and a really reasonable price.

Great value, comfortable, makes lifting things much easier and helps me perform chores with much less pain. I used it last night to sleep in and was not woken up by the pain. When I don’t wear the support at night when sleeping I wake up at least 3 or 4 times in real pain probably due to lying at a funny angle. However, The metal plate does not fit snug against my wrist , there is a slight gap at the wrist/ base of my palm- maybe because my arms are very thin. I followed the measuring instructions so ordered a medium, but I should have ordered a small. I can do it up tight enough as the Velcro attachments are long, but I think the small might have fit better under the wrist where the metal plate is meant to curve to support against your arm. I have used it for gardening, riding my horse, mucking out and have hand washed it twice. It is still as good as new. The Velcro is strong and the neoprene is comfy and breathable. But it has been very cold weather (snow and ice) so can’t tell you how breathable it would be in summer. I’m really happy with the wrist support, but wish I had ordered the small size.

Due to CTS in both wrists, chronic in one, I decided to spend out on full neoprene wrist supports to replace my quite uncomfortable ones I was supplied from the NHS, which dug in, were scratchy and were far too hot. These are *AMAZING* - the neoprene doesn't make you as hot as other materials, is washable (taking the metal out first), stretches to move with you yet gives perfect support. Even the metal support rods, the part in your palm is shaped for maximum comfort, they never end up digging in. The quality is unbeatable, I can't find a single fault. I'm on the border based on wrist size between L and XL, if you're borderline or have larger arms I'd personally suggest going up a size, the velcro can stick to neoprene if one or two straps are too long, but you don't end up with the sharpish velcro on your skin. These are fantastic enough that I'll be buying a second pair at some point so if a pair needs a wash etc, I always have these. Worth every penny, which is half what you can end up paying for less comfortable ones. They are a good length on the hand, so typing is easy with them on, not to sound like a late night commercial but I'm wearing mine as I type this. Highly recommended to anyone needing good wrist support.

Been ordering this product for a few years now - no issue and works well with my carpal tunnel, however this time I had to return it as the the top plastic part was sewn too high therefore digging into my fingers when I write. Will order again hopefully this 1 is sewn properly.

Habe mir beim Sport wohl eine Art Verstauchung oder Bänderverletzung zugezogen. Da ich als Handball-Torwart in jedem Training und Spiel das Gelenk wieder belaste, zur Zeit jedoch nicht pausieren will, habe ich mir diesen Schoner zugelegt und bin hellauf begeistert. Der Schoner stabilisiert das Gelenk, sodass ein Wegknicken nach hinten ziemlich ausgeschlossen ist. Somit kann ich fast schmerzfrei meinen Sport ausüben vor der Sommerpause. Die Nähte wirken sehr gut verarbeitet und stabil (bisher erst zwei Wochen im Einsatz). Die Klettverschlüsse sind stark und können fest gestellt werden. Es drückt nichts! Und ich stelle auch keinen üblen Geruch fest! Einziger Nachteil: Laut Regelwerk könnten diese leider nicht erlaubt sein, da die Schiene aus Metall ist. Bisher ist es aber niemandem aufgefallen;) Ich kann diese Schoner nur empfehlen, weil sie das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überragend ist!

Buena calidad, comoda, sencilla y he notado Gran mejoria... Y Los medicos querian operar directamente. Es una buena meñequera. La lavas a mano quitando la placa que lleva y se seca enseguida. Très bonne attelle pour les problèmes de tendinite ou de douleurs au poignet. Suite à un faux mouvement en me relevant sur mon poignet je me suis fait une belle entorse au poignet. Aux des prix de se genre de produit en pharmacie je me suis tourné vers Amazon. Pas évident de choisir le bon produit mais j’ai pris celle-ci qui me paraissait adaptée à ma situation. Cette attelle est efficace, et maintient parfaitement l’ensemble de la moitié basse de la main jusqu’au 1/3 de l’avant bras. La taille est respectée quand ont suis les recommandations de la fiche produit. Elle est simple à installer et ont peut régler le serrage sur 5 points différents, l’attelle et bien rigide aux niveau du dessous et cela grâce à un rajout d’une languette en inox à l’intérieur qui est mouler pour suivre la courbure main, poignet et avant bras. Pour le prix elle me convient tout à fait, je suis libre de mes mouvements, elle est confortable et ne crée pas de gêne et je peux continuer à travailler sans me soucier de me faire encore plus mal !

Un acierto seguro. Después de un mes, mi novia ha mejorado notablemente. Lo estaba pasando bastante mal por el síndrome de túnel carpiano crónico y las molestias le han disminuido un 90%. Solamente se queja que al dormir de noche se le queda enganchado un poco con las sábanas.

Compré esta muñequera porque trabajo en una oficina, usando un ordenador prácticamente el 100% de la jornada, y, después de un tiempo usando el ratón, me empieza a molestar (e incluso a doler) el tendón que recorre desde la muñeca hasta el meñique. No sé si será por la disposición del ordenador o por el tamaño y la forma del ratón, pero me pasa a menudo. Cuando empecé a usar esta muñequera mientras trabajo, se me quitaron las molestias en un par de días y puedo trabajar durante horas manejando un ratón y tecleando sin necesidad de parar y apretarme el tendón para poder seguir trabajando. Yo solo la he usado para solucionar este problema (sin utilizar la férula que trae) y me ha funcionado perfectamente, pero imagino que funcionará igual de bien para tratar el síndrome del túnel carpiano o para una tendinitis en cualquiera de los tendones de la mano. Además, la muñequera tiene 5 velcros (como podéis apreciar en las fotos del producto y en las aportadas por los compradores) que te dan bastante libertad para ajustarte la muñequera como quieras y apretarla más por una parte que por otra, lo cual se agradece bastante. Limita un poco el movimiento de la mano, aunque no demasiado (sobre todo si no te la aprietas bastante), por lo que puedes hacer tus tareas con bastante comodidad. De hecho, como juego muy de vez en cuando a videojuegos de PC, también la he usado para ello y todo perfecto, no me ha molestado ni limitado el movimiento para jugar. Respecto a las tallas, debo decir que mi muñeca mide 17 cm justos y he comprado la mediana para la mano derecho, a pesar de estar en el límite superior de la talla mediana (15-17 cm) y me va perfecta. Por tanto, aconsejo que, si la medida de tu muñeca está justo en el límite de una talla, os compréis la talla más inferior. Al menos, en mi caso, me ha ido bien en este aspecto. En general, 100% recomendable para tratar cualquier tipo de lesión o molestia en la muñeca, con un precio muy asequible en comparación con la calidad del producto. No le pongo ningún inconveniente.
