This is a superb product!! I’ve tried many other competing products from manufacturers promising their NAD+ is superior to all others. I totally disagree! With Aquifoly one begins to feel a difference… I sleep better at night, have more energy during the day, I notice my skin has a glow to it, and I’m more alert during the day. So far, I have no negative comments regarding the product. I’m 77 yrs old. This product DOES WORK!!!!

I've been taking this twice a day for three years. It was recently out of stock - so I tried Rho and NAD brands. Womp womp, back to my old favorite because this one makes me feel amazing. Plus, I can travel with this in a pill tray. Rho - who wants all that sloshy BS in a flight bag?

Nicotinamide riboside is converted in the body into NAD+, which can slow and even reverse signs of aging. Low NAD+ level in the body is linked to chronic illnesses including diabetges, heart disease and Alzheimer's. I cannot say in all honesty that I feel any different, but I am satisfied knowing that I am taking steps to maintain health - and maybe youth! (I'm 70. ) Of course, I also adhere to a clean, healthy diet, exercise regulaly, and some other supplements, too.)

I ordered this early in January and took it according to the directions. Within a few days I felt more alert, felt better in general. I work with wood and cut and Nick my hands all the time. I noticed that cuts and abrasions heal up faster when I routinely take this Liposomal Nicotinamode. Not sure of the connection but it was very obvious to me.

I loved this product.To give me a lot of energy. It helped with my workouts, and it helped with my brain fog and forgetfulness.

I had NMN product but suddenly it was discontinued or something - NMN made me super human at the gym. At rest in daily life I didn't feel it. But it made me into a beast in the gym, forget caffeine! I was just amazed by it. Unfortunately this thing for me is like taking sugar pills - and if i don't feel it, I become unmotivated to take it. So after 2 weeks of feeling no boost at the gym the way I used to with NMN, I quit taking. They are fairly large capsules and for ROI (cost, having to take horse pills), it just didn't seem worth it to me to continue. So off to the graveyard of supplements it went. I still rated this 3 as this is a longevity supplement and possibly has long-term benefits that I simply didn't feel. But I will not be taking and it's Just collecting dust in my cabinet. Wish I had bought NMN. Will not ever buy NR ever again, glad didn't splurge for more expensive products. Had high hopes as it was "liposomal", and it Is a really great value. Unfortunately if it doesn't work, it becomes such a disappointment.

I found the value most attractive about this supplement. The capsules were easy to swallow, with no digestive discomfort.
