I am 6'2" tall, with long arms. Are these sleeves long enough and what size should I get?

I am 5'9" 165 and the medium fits me. the ankles on the leggins are loose, however the tops fit my arm good.

I'm confused by the sizing chart. Most shirts of this type i wear a medium. but according to the sizing chart, i will need an xxl for my 40-in chest.

I'm an amateur strongman competitor in training, I'm 6'5 320lbs & got an XL that fits perfectly.

It works!

I bought this as a long sleeve layer for summer that wouldn't cook me. It amply delivers on this providing sun protection, what it also does is quick moisture away phenomenally. Not only is it great for summer but cool weather when warm layers can saturate you in sweat, so it's become an all season bit of kit at a price point way below equivalent from Assos etc. Highly recommended.
