I’m honestly so impressed with Wholier. The quality of their vitamins keeps getting better, and I love their thoughtful packaging. As a longtime vegan, I really appreciate that the capsules are whole-food based, and my yearly bloodwork consistently comes back right where it should be. They are also surprisingly pleasant to take. They look pretty, smell fresh and light, more like lemongrass than algae, and they never clump together in the bottle like other brands I have tried. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and even though they contain iron, they do not make me feel nauseous like most other iron supplements do. I truly cannot say enough good things about this product or the company.

These multi-vitamin omega-3 supplements doesn't have the weird aftertaste. In fact the moment you unscrew the cap you get this refreshing zesty vibe. For reference, I am a 40 years old woman, never taken any supplements but I wanted to start one to help me with my energy and mood. This seems to be working very well so far. Great pills, very easy to take but the after taste is crazy. I almost threw up because I tasted my own burp. I had to think about what I ate. No way vegan pasta caused that terrible after taste. I tried different ways. But I always get that after taste.
