Panasonic still knows how to make good sounding headphones. They're not the folding type but they are still quality headphones. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a cheap, solid headphone, that is corded.

I had certain requirements after reading about a variety of headphones. I didn't need a mic, they had to be over the ear not on the ear, clear sound, adjustable headband and wired so I didn't have to use or charge batteries. This headphone checked all the boxes and it just happened to be a company I was familiar with Panasonic. They came today and I'm totally pleased. The sound on my laptop was so low but now I actually had to turn it down. They are very comfortable and super easy to adjust. I could wear them all day. Read about this one. You can get it with a mic if you want. I couldn't ask for a better headphone for listening on my laptop.

When I was looking for a new pair of over the ear wired headphones, I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money. So although I rated noise cancellation as 1 star, I wasn't concerned about that or seeking that feature since getting that feature can cost a significant amount. I was just wanting a pair to listen to my streaming shows so my wife wouldn't be annoyed by my audio. And the cord on my previous high-end headphones started to fail. Honestly, the sound quality on these compared to my previous high end Sony headphones isn't that much less. These Panasonic ones sound just fine for the price. Sure, there is less low end, but I'll live. The length adjustment is too loose and will easily slide when you put them on and off your head. But for this price, that's something I'm willing to put up with. I'm perfectly content with these headphones and would buy them again for general listening.

I have a lot of headphones (nothing in the high end range) and these are the cheapest but they have astounding sound - literally just amazing - the soundfield is very clean, multi-layered and each range is well articulated. However, they are really uncomfortable - the headband is like a vice. But a little time under the heat gun solved that problem. I put the headphones on something that widened the headband to where I wanted it and about five minutes of on and off with a heat gun softened the plastic up and it adjusted to the new width nicely! The top of the headband is unpadded and it's irritating on the top of the head. Right now a hat is doing the cushioning but I will be using some glue on foam to add some padding. If you're really sensitive to lack of padding, do not buy these. The earpads are a little small and minimally padded but haven't been overwhelmingly bad. The headphones also work with glasses pretty well. For the price, they're awesome, just be prepared to do some mods.

These are cheap over ear headphones. That is what I wanted, and that is what I got. I won't be returning them, but I would not buy again at any price. The Good 1. They are cheap 2. I like the way they fit over my head in that they are comfortable and do not leave a big gap between the band and my head, as other headphones I have do, which makes them visually better on camera than some alternatives. (I am a live streamer) 3. They are actual over ear headphones. Too many headphones marketed as over ear are actually large on ear headphones. These completely go over the ears. This is a decidedly exhaustive list of their merits. The Bad 1. Not only do these not cancel noise, they have an odd way of making it worse. I have fans running on my room, and with the headphones on, even if the volume is turned all the way down or I unplug them, something about these headphones is like listening to a sea shell, it's like a sound trap wind tunnel and it is ridiculous. 2. Bass is negligible. I suspect these over ear versions are just the on ear versions in different packaging. I've never had over ear headphones sound so crummy before. 3. Though they actually go over ear, they do not press firmly against the head, hence the failure to cancel any noise. 4. Feels like cheap plastic, I expect them to break. The reason I wanted cheap over ear headphones for this application was because they are intended for my mobile broadcasting kit and the circumstances of travel often destroys equipment. I like to have easily replaced equipment for this purpose, since I don't want to be stressing out about breaking something expensive. I suspect these will break sooner than others. 5. The ones I got did not come with a 3.5mm to 1/4" adapter and I had to use my own. I bought them as "Used - Good" on Amazon, and they arrived with the packaging gone on one and damaged on the other, but the headphones were in visually perfect condition. They function identically which tells me there is nothing unique to these particular units causing this. If you want the cheapest over ear headphones on Amazon, I think these are it. You'll be able to hear the things you want to hear for the most part, as long as you don't need superb quality to be very discriminating. If that's what you want, that is what you will get when you purchase these. If you want anything better than that, don't buy these.

The Panasonic over-the-ear wired headphones are lightweight and won't slip off the way some on-ear headphones do, and they block out external sounds better than many wired in-ear earbuds do. For me, they fit just right, not too small or too large, but they are adjustable for people of different head sizes. Not that it's important, but I also tested them with a baseball cap, and they work, wearing the cap either under or over the headphones. The 6 feet cord is what I needed most though, because I will be using the headphones outdoors with a metal detector that has a 3.5 mm (millimeter) jack, which I have tested for compatibility, and they work just fine. The headphones also work with my AM/FM radio and laptop. Panasonic makes similar headphones with a built-in microphone, and they are in my shopping list, to be used with my laptop, which I will use for recording speech and doing speech-to-text work. I recommend these headphones to others, especially if you need something dependable and sturdy that will wear well over time and work with a variety of devices.

This thing work great for my talkback on my 2 way radio . Well made for the price . I would buy again if they ever wear out.

Cheap tinny sound. Sometimes, hard to hear sounds, from movies. Certainly not worth the money. Sorry for the negative review. One good thing, easy to wear without hurting your ears.

This is not a Review, its my 10+ Years of experience with these Headphones. They were priced around 3000, 10 years back, but I bought them on a sale for around 600 rupees on FL*K*. Plugged them in, and Hurraaaaaaaayyyyyy .... It was a day night difference between these and the other Indian brands i had earlier. This is a product from PANASONIC and don't underestimate it. Even the cheapest Japanese products have quality in them. I have several other headphones - Normal to Expensive. This one competes with the likes of Bose, Sennheiser, Sony, JBL ,etc. Infact sounds way better than most headphones below the 10K range. They sound like studio monitors, and are very well balanced. Best part of these headphones is they have 30 MM drivers, not 40 or 45mm drivers. Big drivers cause ear Fatigue due to overpowered Bass, while small drivers don't produce Good Bass. These Headphones sit right at the SWEET SPOT. BASS is EXCELLENT but not overpowered, So one can put them ON for Long hours without listening fatigue. Moreover the Highs and Mids are detailed and accurate as well. After continuously using them for over 10 years, I bought the same one again in 2023 on Amazon for around 6000. The old one is still Good and works well, still i got a new one, Just in case..... Don't want to miss it if ever PANASONIC Discontinues it in future. I have a TECHNICS Headphone as well which has 40 MM drivers, but i like this one, as it is lighter and more comfortable to keep listening to, entire day... and entire night as well.
