Although I have needed Paracetamol only sporadically so far my experience of Panadol has been persistently positive throughout the years. I was happy to see this trusty product for such a good price on Amazon The past 18 months I've suffered a heavy long lasting flu and still battling with lingering symptoms, such as sore throat, headache, chills and muscle pain. I also developed Tendonitis in both hands and my knees and joins generally have grown quite uncomfortable. At the same time I have bad reflux and taking medication is a constant source of stomach upset. This brand Paracetamol works quickly, lasts for good 4-6 hours and noticeably relieves my aches, while being easy on my tummy. I avoid taking anything on empty stomach, but have taken this some nights and it has not irritated my tummy. Tablets are a good size, easy to swallow and have only slight taste Great product, well such to this from now on 👍

These are great pain relief easy to use. Do exactly what they say they are.

Great pain relief and very portable. I have not seen any side effects, easy to absorb only downer is the taste. Definitely recommend them and buy them again.

Good pain relievers.

I’ve been using Panadol Advance for a while now and honestly they work really well. What I like most is how quickly they kick in compared to other paracetamol I’ve tried. When I’ve got a headache or feel a cold coming on, I don’t have to wait ages to feel better. They’re also quite gentle on the stomach, which is great because I sometimes take them without eating first and haven’t had any issues. Another bonus is that they’re pretty inexpensive on Amazon, so it’s easy to keep a pack in the cupboard. Plus the expiry date is long too

Although these are great for standard headaches they also work for migraines, which I get regularly! But you have to remember that they don't treat the migraine itself, only the symptoms! Osteopaths are best for this, and holding spine shoulders straight during the day! Headache could easily come back if you don't treat the cause!

Does what it says on the packet.

Great pain relief, cheaper than supermarkets and pharmacy. I find it helps my pain really well. The tablets are okay to swollen too , I don't like huge tablets and these a good.
