Kenwood Scene ZJM180WH Kettle - White

Lovely kettle, feels nice to use, sturdy, incredibly quick to boil. The level indicator steams up and is a bit hard to see, but that is a small complaint. Overall nicest kettle i have had in good while

Ordered and received a white one to replace a worn out but still going kmix model. Same good shape and ease of opening lid. The white is a true white and the handle and base are a light charcoal. Quick boil and nice pouring thanks to a well designed handle. Came very well packaged. Very happy.

We love the kettle, it boils quickly and is neat and tidy. Wy we dropped one star? We would have liked a light to show that it is turned on and the lid needs pushing hard to close again so we fill through the spout.

We went for Kenwood because our previous Kenwood kettle (which I think was a JKP 210) lasted a long time. This one looks like a nice kettle, but very much louder than our previous Kenwood, and is far less practical. It does NOT have a light to show that it is switched on (but you soon hear if it is!) and the window is at the back of the kettle, facing the handle, which does not make it easy to see. Overall, it does what it is supposed to (boil water, but don't they all?) but I'm disappointed and I wished I had saved £10 and gone for the same model that I'd had before.

Really please with this kettle - very fast to boil, easy to fill (either through spout or lid that opens with press of a button, so nothing to snap off) & looks great. Solid build quality.

Study, non at all noisy (as per some reviews),looks good, boils quickly. Very pleased.

It really is a very beautiful kettle, it looks like it's well made and it's really not plastic or cheap looking ... but ... We are now on our second one, as the first for no reason exploded knocking out the house fuses, smoke no fire and luckily the house fuse box worked as it was supposed to. Conversely the fuse inside the plug of the kettle did not blow - I experimented. The second kettle has arrived, and has had only 1 weeks use, it has on occasion boiled until the water has evaporated, I'm a little suspicious and am on the look out for a kettle I like the aesthetics of just as much.

The kettle looks good, pours really well, has a good grippy handle and a lid that pops up nicely. The scale is not so easy to read, but the knock out factor is the boiling over when the kettle is nowhere near full. This was actually a present for someone and they've decided to keep it as a spare and buy a different model for everyday use. So three stars for the good points but only being safe with half the amount of water.

Perfekt. Ich hatte davor auch schon Kennwood, aber dieses Modell wurde noch mal verbessert.Ich hoffe es hält lange.
