Q: Is there a case travel case that I can purchase?

Not that I know of. They are not very large so perhaps you could find a generic case. I love this headset.

Q: How is the noise cancellation? Currently spec a 21 dollar headset from Logitech and people on the call can hear someone 2 desks away.

The noise cancellation is really good. The sound quality is excellent. The other party can hear me perfectly without any noise or distortion on Teams, Zoom, etc.

Q: Is there a Mute button and also mute indicator light ?

No mute button. You can turn the volume down or move the mic away from your mouth. I use mine in programs that allow me to mute and turn my mic sensitivity down. I love these, by the way. The best light weight headphones I've had

Q: Can this actually be used for work I mean can people really hear you well?

I bought this as a gift for my partner and she uses it for work.
