Hello Everything but leather arm pads. The chair comes with vinyl arm pads.

Does this model come fully assembled or is some assembly required?

My experience was that some assembly was required. It was not difficult, and was accomplished in under 15 minutes with an allen wrench and phillips head screwdriver.
