Poor product & pathetic service.
Bought this product last January. Within 7 months the product stopped working.I dialled Usha for service. There came a technician who just opened and cleaned the dust and made some adjustments in the wiring inside and turned it on.After 3 months, it stopped working again. To get the technician, I had to mail n call them multiple times that I lost count. And the technician was so rude this time and blaming us instead of looking into what's wrong with their pathetic product.And now again the product not working, that's why I had to write this review. And I don't bother to call them again for service as I don't want to go through all their nonsense behaviour once again. Moving on...
