Red Heart Super Saver Yarn for Crocheting & Knitting, Tea Leaf, 3-Pack

I love Red Heart Yarn. It works up easily whether you crochet or knit and comes in many many colors. The yarn is of good quality for a reasonable price. This yarn is good for beginners and advanced crocheters or knitters. I purchased this item with a Christmas gift in mind. I crochet a granny stitch scarf for a friend who loves pink. I am sure it will keep her warm and cozy this winter.

Great yarn, beautiful colors and arrived early without damage. Good quality and amount of yarn for the price. Yarn itself is overall soft and easy to use. Great for making large garments given the amount of yarn per purchase.

This is a classic workhorse yarn, and you can get an enormous amount of color variety at affordable prices, and you can wash, and dry it.

Great yarn a lot of great colors very soft once it’s washed it doesn’t split. It’s easy to work with. It doesn’t tank up and it looks good.

Love this yarn. Seems to be a little more rough than other Red heart yarns. None of them are really soft but this one is especially not soft. Doing color pooling to make a blanket with this. If anyone is interested it is 8 groups of granny stitch (three double crochets) per color, for this particular neon striped yarn. Sometimes you need to add a half double in the middle of a bunch or make your stitches extra tight or loose to get it to end at the 8th group. But if you're patient and don't mind frogging back a few stitches every couple colors to get it to end in the right spot you get a beautiful pattern. Search red heart color pooling a tutorial on YouTube for more detailed instructions.

I ordered 2 sets of 3-pack of this yarn on May 15, 2026. I got 1 3-pack on about May 20, and the other 3-pack July 2, 2026. I don't understand why they didn't come at the same time. The quality of the yarn is consistent with Red Heart, which is good for making throws and blankets that are machine washable and dryable. The color of the yarn is exactly what I wanted. This yarn is great for beginners in knitting and crocheting and Red Heart has a wide variety of colors. I rated it 4 stars because of the shipping issue, but I'm really happy with how my project is turning out. I will order it again.

I only use RedHeart yarn for all my crochet projects! The weight, colors and durability are the best of any other brands I’ve used used in the past!

You can’t beat this yarn. It’s easy to work with and it has a nice texture. The price is great too! It’s versatile and works for many different patterns. There are minimal joining knots and the thickness of this yarn is perfect for cozy throws. I used six skeins to make a generous size throw (pictured). I’m a little lazy, so I appreciate the fact that with the Red Heart Stripes yarn, there is no need to change colors every few rows. You can just keep going and still have a colorful item when you are done. I have tried other brands, but always come back to Red Heart. You just can’t beat the quality and price.

I'm an American and I live in Europe and the yarn just isn't the same. Red heart and others like it are not available here on the shelf. It's just different/better to me from what's available here.
