ZMA-13 Back and Neck Massager with Heat for Pain Relief, Black

I decided to purchase this after looking at loads of other models. Im glad i did buy it.The delivery was exceptional, very impressed by it.The product can be a bit tricky to adjust to the areas you want but with perseverance it is possible to get it at the right angle.I have been suffering from very bad shoulder, neck and lower back pain due to bad posture at work (dentist) for the past 2 weeks. I was really looking forward to using this massager.It is definitely quiet intense, really pushes and massages you and the warmth of the globes (4 little ones that change direction every often) is very good.The first day was extremely painful using the device but i just got on with it after a few cussing. However the second day i noticed that my shoulders and back was a million times better. I am so happy i purchased this. And i would definitely recommend this product.The supplier did send an email with the warranty which was good too :)

good buy. Have been using it and liked the results of the massage on my lower back especially and thighs area, arms also. My friend used it too and says its the better option than visiting a therapist if busy people are looking for a quick relaxing massage at their convenience at home . the 4 stars rating is due to the booklet information can be improved by including few more tips or safety measures like how much gap to give after having meals if anybody wants to use on the abdomen area , what type of clothes to be worn during the usage of machine info .to begin with, I wore a light cotton top while using on my upper & lower back and used on plain skin while using on the thighs and calf area. i did not find any bruises for a 15 min session .

I must admit I was a skeptic until I actually tried using this, but it really does do a great job of working knots out of muscles.I suffer with very tight traps and this does a great job of loosening things up in my shoulders, neck and top of my back. The heated option is a great feature too, and I can really feel the difference after 5-10 mins usage.I've found that I can use mine whilst sat on my sofa, leaning back against cushions and wedging the device between my back and the sofa cushions. I haven't needed to use the elastic strap round the back of a chair.Let me be clear - it's never going to be as good as the real thing, and it's also a little noisy, but it's so portable, practical and cost effective that it really does make up for it, and it really does do a good job. Very happy with my purchase.

Useless, expensive and annoying. The 12v plug connector is too weak. It disconnects every few minutes, each time I move. The plug is not a UK standard plug and the whole experience is poor. Yes they are aware of this fault thus the weird warning to click the plug into position. Did I say useless?

I bought this based on reviews and I am not disappointed! I have pain on the right side of my neck due to an accident a few years ago and although my boyfriend is happy to dig his thumbs into my muscles to relieve the tension and knots, I wanted to have something when he is not there. This certainly does the trick. The heat feature is a bonus as it helps get the blood flowing. The balls that rotate really do get into the hard to reach places. You have to get yourself into the right position for whatever bit you need kneading, and this will depend on what problem you have. For me it is the side of my neck and under my right shoulder blade. Some people have commented on this being painful but I haven't experienced that. This is not just a gentle massager, although if you placed it on yourself lightly you would have that. This is great for massaging the muscles at a deeper level, which is what you need if you have pain. Yes it will initially feel uncomfortable, but so does sports massage. After the discomfort comes the feeling of relief...... just saying.

Utter massage bliss. Let me start by saying I have chronic back, neck and shoulder issues with my muscles thinking it is entirely acceptable to try and pull my shoulders up alongside my ears and my neck often refusing to rotate more than a couple of degrees. I see a sports masseuse on a regular basis but for when she is not pummelling me, this addition to my life has made a significant difference.I like a hard massage. One that causes pain - then you know it's working! This massager, in my opinion, is pretty darned good at inflicting a similar amount of pressure and pain which results in a satisfactory relaxing of my muscles. The heat function is also beneficial when trying to convince the muscles to LET IT GO and I can honestly say that daily use of this massager has decreased my muscle tension and all round back issues to such a degree that I can't recall having a headache since I started using it.It is a hard massage, not cushiony soft so if you are looking for a soothing, tranquil, relaxing massage might I siggest getting a kitten to knead you back.

Great quality product. The cover is washable and cord long enough that you can move the pillow around. I feel this product is more suited for lower and upper back than for neck; cannot get a comfortable position around the neck due to the large size, and the massage is maybe too deep for neck but perfect for my back (i like deep tissue massage). I am a small to medium framed female 170cm or 5'6" .

Got this for an xmas present. Amazon UK and it stated UK bought products came with a UK plug, however, ot only arrived with a EU plug. Have messaged the seller about this and may edit review if this is resolved. Other than this, it is a good device and used by all.

I've had this for a few weeks nw and it's wonderful. I'm not sure why I thought it would be battery operated but it's not, which is fine but you always need to have the power cord plugged in. Works great!

Unit arrived on day promised, it was packaged very well and was in new condition. The unit is wonderful. I had a motorcycle accident and broke my foot, leg, hand, wrist and arm. My knee is very tight any stiff. When trying to exercise my hamstrings are so tight i can't bend my knee. I don't have enough strength in my hand yet to massage the hamstrings to loosen them up. That's where the massager come in and it does a fantastic job. I can't use a vibrator, to much on a freshly rebuilt knee, the vibrator moves everything including bones.

The best massager ever.

THis massage is da BOMB! It's lightweight enough for me to bring it with me to any room I hang out in. The heat on top of the kneading nodules makes the relief go even deeper. The power of the kneading is strong enough to work out tight muscle knots but not overpowering, so I can use it on my upper back near the top of the spine and base of the neck and it doesn't hurt. I am so glad I found this massager!
