As someone with sensitive knees, I'd been avoiding floor exercises and yoga poses that required kneeling – until I found this OZE SPORTS mat. The extra-thick NBR foam is an absolute dream. It provides so much cushioning that I can comfortably hold kneeling poses, do sit-ups, or even lie on my side without any pressure points. Yet it's still firm enough to feel stable during standing poses. The mat has a nice non-slip texture on both sides, so I don't slide around during sweaty sessions. It's also surprisingly lightweight and rolls up easily for storage. The size is generous – plenty of room to stretch out fully. I've used it on hardwood floors and tiles, and it stays put without creeping. NBR foam is also known for being durable and easy to clean, and so far this mat has held up perfectly – no tears, no compression, no weird smells. For the price, the quality is outstanding. Really good quality, thickness as described so really comfortable. Good size, have used it in class and am really happy with it. Good value too.

Replacement to my old foam mat. Used for yoga, workouts and weights. Good quality, foams durrable but soft and comfortable. Only lost a star for stoarge as found the strap way too tight for the mat so had to use another for transporting and rolling up. Its thick but has been worn down a but in only a couple of months.

Really pleased with this mat. It’s thick enough to feel comfortable on hard floors, rolls up easily, and the carry strap is handy. Good size for workouts and stretching at home. Keeps things simple and does the job well.

It took me a long time to get around to using this mat in typical fashion. After purchasing, I stopped doing much exercise for a while. I have to say now that I'm using it regularly for my stretch and yoga routines in the house it's standing up well. It doesn't seem to be getting much wear and tear for how much I'm using it and I'm a big girl. These aren't the easiest to clean but it wipes down easily. The padding's really nice and comfortable on it. Very easy on my knees so it made stretching a lot lazier for me which I'm really happy about. It lies flat really well. I had no issues with it and the handles are a real godsend for carrying it about. Well worth the purchase for the price.

I love this mat. It's comfortable and thick enough to save your joints. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have difficult getting up and down for floor exercises and this mat makes it so much easier to clip over onto my knees without discomfort. Does away beautifully when not needed. I think the quality is great. I really can't find anything negative about it. Does what it says on the tin.

Got this mat for doing my exercises in the morning. Great mat for the price and also comes with a strap so you can roll it up, put the strap around it and put it away. Would buy again!

The weight of mat is light. It great value for money. It easy to roll up. The mat is very comfortable. The mat can be use for many different exercise. The mat very strong & it non slip. I highly recommend it. It can sit in corner withouttaking too much space.
