I’ve been using this gavel and sound block set for the past year while serving as president of one of my school’s clubs, and it’s been great. I bought this for my little brother because he loves the Ace Attorney series and has a special interest in attorneys. He loved it! It's a cute decoration for the desk or the shelf. It is fairly small and the knocking sound isn't very loud.

Well worth the $$$. Hammer head unscrews to allow the brass band to be engraved; however, it is extremely thin and must be laser etched. Gavel and base are nicely matched for color! I am in a position to award one of these every year, so I WILL be purchasing many more.
