I am OBSESSED with Weleda products, and this night cream absolutely does not disappoint. I’ve been using it every night for a few weeks now on my combination skin, and I genuinely never want to be without it. First, the texture. It’s like butter for your face, but somehow without the grease. It feels incredibly rich and luxurious going on, then absorbs beautifully with absolutely no tacky feeling on my pillow. A little goes a long way, although I admittedly slather it on because it feels THAT good. My skin is still noticeably soft and moisturized the next morning. And the smell! It reminds me of being at a spa. It’s not heavily fragranced, just a subtle hint of aromatherapy that makes putting it on before bed feel like a tiny nightly luxury. Even the jar feels elevated and makes the whole product seem a little more special. It’s more than I’d normally spend on a night cream, but after using it, I think it’s completely worth it. I’ll use this year-round, and when this jar runs out, I’ll immediately buy another. Weleda, please never stop making this. My face and I are emotionally attached now.

I’ve been using this consistently for three months, and at this point, I’m officially obsessed. I usually struggle with stubborn dry patches around my chin and cheeks, and after just a couple of weeks, I could already see a noticeable difference. I have extremely sensitive skin, and despite all the hype, hyaluronic acid products and I are just not friends. They always seem to leave my skin feeling drier, not more hydrated. Living in a dry climate probably doesn’t help, there’s not exactly a lot of moisture floating around for those products to pull from! This product, on the other hand, has been a game changer. My skin feels softer, looks healthier, and those dry patches are finally under control. If your skin is dry, sensitive, or has also declared war on hyaluronic acid, I highly recommend giving this a try. I’ll definitely keep repurchasing and am excited to try more Weleda products. First, a disclaimer. I have had health problems over the last few years and have severely neglected my face so anything is probably better than nothing at this point. Having said that, I really enjoy this face cream. I am prone to red patchy spots, and I have prescription medication for it, but they were still appearing. Since I started using this, along with an exfoliating pad in the evening, I find that the red itchy areas patches have almost disappeared. Other posters have noted that their skin feels tacky after application. I find that initially as well. I would not try to put foundation over it, but it’s a night cream and that’s what it’s meant for. I find in the morning my skin feels very hydrated and soft. Another issue other posters have commented on is the size of the bottle. I find it to be completely average to other skin care products out there. And, as others have noted, a little bit goes a long way. I can see this lasting at least a couple of months, even using it on a nightly basis. I find the scent to be gentle and relaxing. It is not too strong for me. All in all, without a lot of other products to compare it against, I’m very happy with his purchase. I might try something different when it runs out just for comparison sake, but I really enjoy using this and feel it has benefited my skin enormously. Strongly recommend.

I have done hours of research on fully natural, nontoxic, cruelty free skin care products and this is one of the best products I have come across. My husband and I have been using this nightly for years now. It is a great night time cream as it is thick but goes on very smoothly, feeling very lightweight and it dissolves into your skin so nicely. A little goes a long way so the size lasts us while and for the price being nontoxic like I said this is a steal. I have repurchased it many times. I should also note that my husband is very picky about what skincare products he uses… he does not like to feel “greasy or wet” like I can with some of my products and he LOVES this one. So there’s that as a bonus!

This cream felt so silky smooth applying it. Moister wise it stayed moist thru out the day. Not greasy, not real tacky and it felt so naturally light like nothing at all. Luv it !

Truly nourishing skin cream. It smells lovely and natural and botanical. I had stopped using another more expensive night cream as it began to irritate my skin around my nose and eyes after using it for many years. This product absorbs well, moisturizes and feels light and refreshing on your skin without being irritating if it’s near your eyes or nostrils. I highly recommend it. It is a great value and an effective product.

it's sticky once applied. doesn't soak into the skin. I want to love it and I hope it's helping, but I'm not sure I'd get it again. good smell.

Absolutely love Skin Food and have been using it for several years. This particular lotion is more of a whipped form of the OG formula. Though due to the super emollient factor of the OG Skin Food it’s probably preferable to not have something as thick on one’s face overnight. If you’re looking for a lotion with clean ingredients that’s super emollient, luxurious without breaking the bank, thick upon application, moisturizing beyond your wildest dreams and will be absorbed into your skin effortlessly look no further. Even in a dry climate in single digit winter weather in the snow with Weleda Skin Food Face Care Nourishing Night Cream my skin stayed moisturized. I’m a big fan of Weleda and Skin Food and highly recommend the brand and lotion !

This is not a new brand to me, I really enjoy their products. This was one of those strange experiences that has definitely never happened before. Upon opening the new jar and putting my finger in to take out a dab,I could feel the product sinking under my finger so I gave it a little tap and, no word of a lie, the product collapsed into a hollow crater! So now I have this jar with a bit more than 1/3 of the cream missing! I am not impressed! And less impressed concerning the rigmarole I have to go through to return this. I have never had this problem before with any brand actually, the jars always come filled to the top without a large portion of the product missing. And it was not a return because it had the foil seal over top. It must've happened during the filling of the jars in the facility. Very disappointed.
