Finally, a steamer with strong, consistent steam. This one genuinely surprised me. I do wish the reservoir were larger, but what matters most is the steam output. It gets wrinkles out easily, unlike other handheld models I’ve tried that felt weak and ineffective. It won’t replace my full size steamer at home, but it’s perfect for travel, including international trips.

I bought this in July for a trip in August. I was really excited with the dual voltage switch option. I even told my dog walker about it but changed my tune later. I used it once before my trip to try out in the US and again on my Italy trip and it worked well. You do have to refill the little water tank for a dress each time but worth it for the size inconvenience. I went to use it again at home in October & it didn’t work. I was in a rush so I didn’t have time to investigate, but I tried it again a few week later in November. I put new water in, insured the voltage switch was correct & even switched to different outlets but still no steam came out. I was bummed. The power seemed to be working and it turned from red to green and I could feel the heat. Something inside must have malfunctioned. I did look at it closely & Nothing seems to be disconnected or I would’ve tried to troubleshoot more. It’s quite disappointing that I am passed the return window and only got a couple uses as its intended for travel and most of us only travel every so often so it doesn’t get continual use in that short window. I would say the price was decent except for the two uses definitely to $$$, almost $20 per for my 2 wrinkle free dresses 😳😭😅. * I will say I did not reach out to the company separately to see if they would make an exception and if they do and they replace it, I would definitely change my review rating and give it another try. The size & convenience was great but having it work is of paramount importance.

Fantastic steamer. Lightweight. Very effective. Reservoir doesn’t hold enough water to steam one large piece of clothing like a long skirt, but that’s the trade-off with it being a more compact travel size so it does not bother me. Love that it can be used in Europe as well!

Pros: This item is very ergonomic to use. I love that it is dual voltage for ease when traveling abroad. It’s compact size makes it perfect for travel; and it’s tank size allows for steaming multiple items of clothing. It is also very sturdy and unlikely to topple if left upright (kids and pets safety). Cons: Unfortunately for me, the primary reason I need a steamer is for curtains and heavier fabrics. This item did not work effectively on my curtains. It did, however easily release wrinkles on lightweight and medium weight fabrics.

FINALLY!!!! A two voltage steamer for European travel that emits plenty of steam!! Tried and returned several foreign designed other steamers that had very good reviews. Upon the other steamers’ arrivals, I tested them and they were slower than advertised and just emitted a whisper of steam. THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT IF YOU NEED TWO VOLTAGE!

I bought this model because I needed a 240V/dual voltage model that I could take with me on a long trip to Europe. For that purpose, it worked and it generally got the job done in terms of steaming. However, in using it both in 240V abroad, and in regular 120V here in the US, it doesn't perform great. I found the water tank can only get me through 1-2 pieces of lightly wrinkled clothing. If you are doing something linen, for instance, you might find yourself filling the tank multiple times to finish the steaming job. I have another ConAir model (the Complete Steam which is about half the price of this model) and it performs SO MUCH BETTER. It is much more effective at getting wrinkles out, and the tank lasts much longer. It isn't dual voltage, however. So my punchline: if you need dual voltage/240V, this model will get the job done. But if you are just looking for a regular 120V/use-in-the USA steamer, don't waste your extra money with this model.

Stopped working after a few months of light use. One day it started sputtering out steam in weak bursts, then it stopped completely. I went through all of the troubleshooting steps: descaling any potential buildup/blockages by adding a little distilled white vinegar to the reservoir (even though I’ve only ever used distilled water in the reservoir), cleaning the nozzle with a toothpick and soft cloth, running the steamer upside down to purge any potential trapped air, making sure the reservoir’s silicone gasket was properly sealed, etc. Nothing worked. It still goes through the process of warming up and the ready light changes from red to green, but pressing the green button after warming up produces no steam. The warranty says it’s covered for a full year after purchase. However, I can’t complete the warranty form because I bought the steamer through Amazon and not through Conair directly. I clicked the link provided to complete a third party warranty form, but the link for the form just took me to a page saying I can’t return the unit because I’ve had it longer than 30 days. I went to their Customer Support FAQ page, which has a hyperlink titled “Warranty”. If you click on this link, you’re taken to a page that just says: “No such FAQ found!” There is no email address for customer service, only a phone number. I have GAD, and I would pretty much rather die than sit through a customer service call, especially when they’re going to ask me dozens of questions designed solely to tell if I’m a moron or not (like whether or not I’m absolutely positive I’ve got the unit plugged in). I guess I’ll buy a new one, but definitely not THIS one. And definitely not via Amazon.

I love this steamer. I have another Conair steamer, but I don't like the size of it. This one is a perfect size, easy to hold and steam with. Love that it stands up and has an adjustable head. Love that it has an on/off button and the steamer button turns green when it's ready to use (pretty quick/under 40secs). Then you press the steamer button to start the steam. The only negative is that the water reservoir is very small. I steamed a jumper with this and I had to refill to complete it. So you can only do 1 piece (either a blouse OR pants) and the have to refill. Otherwise, I love love love the colour and size as it is very comfortable to use.

This did not work in Greece, although it was "supposed to". Works like a hot damn in Canada. Customer service was fantastic though.
